But if the club are in admin will he have to pay the wages to the extent that they have been paid, will he allow some to activate clauses in their contract and simply leave(if such a clause exists) ? If he is gonna be in for a further 12-15m why not pay off HMRC and avoid admin and utilise that time to find a buyer ?

I would be inclined to believe this is the very thinking that their employers are attempting to capitalise on, in the current climate who would have sympathy ? but in the absence of facts will reserve judgement.

In a position of such imense pressure I think some of the stories are quite moderate, Ive kicked objects, had scraps with colleagues, broke phones, threw pens and f()cks around certainly called plenty c**** but never, never, stapled my own hand ! People are far too sensitive these days and it is clearly from the top down, perhaps we should have some stories told of those who went through apprenticeships in years past or was the 'new' person in other work places, certain behaviour could not be condoned but equally it needs to be in perspective, if I f()cked up I expected an earful ! Its almost as if certain bodies wish to remove accountability from the workplace

"simple" employees do not travel the globe seeking a buyer, "simple" employees do not attend the type of meetings he continues to do, "simple" employees are not in a position to avoid tax the way in which he did, simple employees names are not sung on the terraces etc etc...... Why defend Rednapp now ?? perhaps concerned he may cum his guts in the tax avoidance case ? Why are Leeds, Colchester, Charlton, Swindon, Millwall, MK, Huddersfield and many more above us ? because they have won more games and thus have more points than us but only One above us have secured a place at Wembley so for that reason still think we are special, a trophy this year, promotion next would suggest the original 5 year plan is on track, however, the 5 turnt into 3 maybe beyond AP.
