Why not a custodial ? If someone strikes another with a bottle or glass causing a serious wound with intent as used a weapon then, cases that I know of, the guilty individual ended up with a custodial, factor in the 'victim' may have just been trying to do his job compounds the situation. Compensation at the level you suggest would infer a serious injury, can't see anyone painting subways and cutting down bushes after being found guilty of that.

Town drinking is not the place for our Footballers, far too many heads looking for a row, both homegrown nobjockeys and 'outsiders', reactionary or not whoever struck the guy causing a serious head wound, in principle, will be looking at a custodial. Clearly MLT and LM do not favour NC's methods, their opinions will carry more weight than most due to the respect they earnt whilst with the club, however, not everything they have done since their time at the club has been without fault so would question their judgement as I would anothers, that said, if they use their status to raise a lot more money for a charitable cause than would be raised without them then that can only be a good thing, of course it would be easier if they simply re told stories of their days at such events but if you still have an interest in our club it would be difficult not to comment on current affairs. Hope many more events are arranged for Kevin where fans may participate and contribute.
