I heard its been denied by the parties involved, so probably a massive over exaggeration of what actually happened, like one person threw a claw at a mate for a laugh.

How on earth you consider the "integratability" risk of a Japanese non speaking player as Zero, compared with an Englishman who has plied their trade throughout English leagues, and then into Scotland (where people draw comparisons with the Championship/League one standard) as "Medium" I do not know. I can only presume you are thinking "Hooper is English, therefore he is a more likely to ruin the team balance". And 2 "Zero" risks, 1 "Small" and 1 "Medium" equates into "High Risk" to the team playing balance (in your own criteria of course)... how does your mind work?
