I’m starting to think for a club who wants to buy low, sell high, £40m might be a good investment. Two more years at Saints and who knows what he will be worth. Even at that price he fits the clubs strategy and maybe the new owners can put up the cash. It’s the same type of signing, just at a higher level.

Get in there girls!! City we’re a WSL team recently. Got to hold on now!
-
That’s a decent crowd, more than I expected.
-
0-0 at half time but looking at the stats on the bbc we are struggling to hold on. No shots on or off target!
-
I had a good e-mail convo’ with the club back in October on this subject. They said all would change if we were on the championship maybe they have listened and brought that forward. Let’s hope they don’t read this site!

Such a simple inexpensive thing but will make all the difference when trying to follow the team. Disappointed it took so long but just in time for our promotion push and an ‘upset’ in the cup tomorrow! Last season the FA Cup games were live on the youtube channel and, I think, Facebook. Anyone know if that is the case for tomorrow?

Redmond didn’t look great first half, little off with the ball. Having said that he got an assist and a very important toe in the box.
-
Shame about the result, so close to getting something from the game. Thought we played well, had some good chances but just came up short. Wolves are decent but very annoying with the play acting and buying free kicks. What a free kick by Ward-Prowse, mind! Perraud header goes in and our players aren’t championship quality!
-
Would like to add; thought he worked hard yesterday and it’s not a lack of effort, just didn’t do anything with the ball.

This. Was very hopeful that Armstrong would get us goals but he does look like he is struggling at this level. In his first Adam’s showed a lot in his game despite a lack of goals, some nice touches in tight situations aside I haven’t seen much to cling to with Armstrong.

That is exactly what he gives us. Got to do everything to keep them out but one chance for Broja……
-
Main focus, keeping it 1-1 but Broja gives a little hope of the win! Just give him one chance to run the centre backs!!
-
The ref has been terrible but got the game changing big decision right. We just need to stay in the game and hope for something from somewhere or hang on for a draw.
-
One situation changes the game so much. Really felt we could have won this, 1 up with plenty on the bench would have been a strong position for us. Unfortunately the ref got it right, Salisu so close to getting a touch, from one angle a thought he had. Hopefully we can stay solid and keep them at bay with the cavalry coming from the bench to get the winner. Reguillon definite candidate for a red, get at him!!
-
Did they even look at Son being offside?
-
Wow, very surprising line up. Think you’re right TWar, 3-5-2. Looking to deal with Spurs and see what we can get, then all in for Newcastle.

The new rules in Wales come in on Boxing Day and are due to expire on the 7th January. As things stand fans will be at the game but who knows what will happen from here.

De Gea went down during an Arsenal attack! Surely there was a chance for McC to go down and get some treatment. Did the magic sponge come out for him at all?
-
Played some decent stuff again today so disappointed not to get the three points. Some good displays across the team but once again we can’t hold on. Thought the ref today and Wednesday were poor, didn’t seem to get anything go our way and some shut bookings too.
-
What an odious little man you are!!!
-
Anyone at the game today?
-
Yeah. Very much a second string team. Lots of chances from the highlights and not much for Swindon. I was expecting to see a trashing.
-
1-0 win today in the FA cup.

Right, everything doesn’t have to be black or white. We had massive issues with our squad making life tough for Ralph. Where I feel Ralph was to blame was sticking to his high energy, high line, high press tactics. I like Ralph and want him to stay, he is getting closer to having the squad he needs to play a full season with his philosophy at a consistent level.
