My Forest supporting mate has said their Forums are suggesting they had a bid turned down for Danny Fox. If true, it remains unclear whether we're holding out for more money or do see him as a mid-term back up for Shaw. Personally I'd try and buy Olsson from Blackburn and sell Fox, if the chance arose.

Anything around the £4million mark for Olsson would be a good deal IMO - would offer good competition for Shaw and also a different option on the left wing.

£4 million was the figure my Forest supporting mate told me a couple of weeks ago...apparently they're resigned to losing Blackstock either now or the end of the season when his contract expires, so want to get a squad now to blend together & have a go for the top 2 next season (and if they creep into the play offs this season all the better).

If we do end up getting relegated, it won't be due to anything that happened today (unless we sell Ramirez, Lallana, Lambert, Shaw & Schneiderlin before midnight)
