Truelly fantastic, it wasnt just his running today but his tackling, and movement was second to none. Great player to have in your squad and in your team, if he keeps this up for the rest of the season then playoffs are a possibility.

My superstition is the opposing team scoring more goals than us, whenever it happens we always seem to lose.
-
Ok Alan....Now pick the same starting line-up for all remaining games

Yes Yes Yes..... -
Agreed, however in the interview Pardew does mention that he can play 'across' midfield, he may be thinking to give him a go in CM.

On the OS It's Puncheon, good signing.
-
Hoping for Danns, but reckon it'll be Puncheon, still a good signing.

This lad is non stop...

My son has a under 12 season ticket, but cannot make the pompey match, does anyone know if it would it be alright for the ticket office to sell me a adult ticket for the match for a friend instead...?

It's great that hes actually come out and said something about the situation and not just hidden away from it, transparency in the club is one of the main things we all wanted during the summer and it looks like hes going to give that. Well done Cortese, good man.

This must meen we are a top 4 club! Got the FA in our back pocket already...

Good thread, like some have mentioned 5th place may mean nothing as we could lose in the playoffs, so it leaves it between the JPT and the skates, the JPT would be a fantastic day out at wembley, but making up for that 4-1 loss on their ground would mean more for the fans I think, so i'd go for the win at Nottarf Krap.

Ohhhh myyy god!

Good that Carlisle have won the first leg, but I still am confident that Leeds will go through.
-
I see these defensive signings as Pards saying that we have to stop the goals we are conceding, but doesn't want to change the system of the team as that may disrupt the flow of goals, so hes just signing better defensive options.

Pulis Lancashire Molyneux Saga Forecast Gillet Thomas Mills and Patterson on loan (with option for recall)
-
Bit of a weird one, selling a small, tough, tackling midfielder in Gillet to one championship club to be replaced by another! Palace fans seem should be more than good enough for L1
-
+1 Thought he was useful, had a good little run in the first team but was unlucky to go away with the U19's at the time he did.
-
Its Antonio on the OS
-
I'm going to say Ward, please don't be Antonio....

Looks like Lambert has a habit of hitting stunners against Luton:

Coventry ;-)

Decent team that, hopefully that means Waigo upfront with Lambert as I don't like 1 upfront at home, especially against Luton. That said I reckon it'll be a tight, slightly boring game, 1-0, they'll make it really hard work but i can't see complacency settling into this team with this manager.
