As sad as I feel about things seeing yet another of your posts makes it worse. I have never seen a positive post from you. I remember the anti Burley sentiments well enough......I conclude that in some perverse way you LIKE it when Saints are as they are now, really up against it.

Thanks very much for the responses so far received. I have overseen and project managed extensions to houses I have lived in before before, but this will be the biggest one. I need to know a reasonably accurate cost of completely removing the roof, building up the walls and putting the roof back. I have an excellent electrician and plumber and I know what their charges are likely to be.

Yep, we have and he'll be producing plans for us.

Good people, we have bought a bungalow in Newbury and are in the process of getting plans drawn up which should allow us at the end of building to have a large 4 bedroomed house. Basically the roof will be removed, the internal/external load bearing walls will raised a few feet, and a new roof, taller and steeper placed on top. Can anyone on here recommend any plasterers, joiners, roofers and bricklayers? Thanks a lot

Are you for real? I don't think so...isn't anyone allowed to speak out about the destruction of this once great club? Is it blind obedience you seek from all? Rupert has taken an unnecessary gamble on the regime in charge currently. It may be too late to replace Lowe as the damage caused by this "total" football experience may well be terminal!!! I have a feeling that Duncan speaks for us all - apart from you. How much of the club does Lowe actaully own in percentage terms of shares and in financial terms? I heard it was 6%. Should he have the influence he has given his minority share holding?

My 11 year is getting an xbox elite and 2 controlers + 4 games, one of which is games of war 2 for Xmas. Sounds like he'll love it. He can't wait to play online.

I remember the Middlesborough game because my then 7 year old started to cry...Downing hit a screamer and we went from 2 nil to 2 all in the last 2 minutes. I am in a minority of people on here because I am not too interested in liking the man merely in assessing his ability to manage. I remember listening to Pompey V Wigan, it would have been one of the last if not the last game of the season and was a must win game when Harry went back there second time round. Nil nil at half time and Harry made a few changes which changed the game and Pompey won 2 nil. I wasn't overly happy that Pompey survived.....but harry was responsible for saving them. He is now doing the same at Spurs, is it luck? He seems to have a way with players, in getting them to play. I thought the Brazilian goalie that Ramos had brought in was the worst replacement I'd seen but he played superbly last week. Bent has been the biggest waste of £15 million (was it) but not now. Confidence has returned to the side.

I have always admired Harry, I was chuffed when he got appointed at St Mary's and wasdisappointed that he left us....failed to save us etc and I always thought there were behind the scenes problems. Most on here appear to hate him, people say he takes bungs, needs money to manage etc etc I wondered whether any on here had changed their minds and acquired some grudging respect for the man....since his 10 points in his first 4 games as manager of Spurs. I got angry yesterday when the promised written assurance did not come from the helpdesk by late afternoon. I am usually nice to helpdesk staff. I ended up with an email saying that they (West Berks council) had contacted Rossendales to say they had made a mistake. No more than that...... I did point out that I'd got more help from this website than I had from West Berks!!! That went down like a lead balloon.

I am not in debt....I have tracked the debt down to someone's unpaid council tax bill. This debt had been passed to Rossendales. I have just received a confirmation from the council that they had spoken to Rossendales pointing out the mistake in their attempt to get the money back from us.... Many thanks to Baj who sent me a phone number.

They are in Rossendale Lancashire. There is no postal address as such and if they ignore letters in the same they have not picked up the phone calls I made to their "helpdesk", I fear I'll get nowhere by writing to them.

We received a letter on Saturday that states Rossendales, a debt collection agency will send a van to collect goods to the value of £500 to our house. The address on the letter is ours but the name on the letter is neither me or the wife or anyone we know. I have spent 21 mintes on their answerphone trying to get through to them to tell them that their address is incorrect only no one answers the phone. How do I convince this company not to attempt to enter our house and that we are not liable for this debt? We have 4 school age kids and I don't want them frightened etc.

I took the dogs out this afternoon expecting us to get thumped. Sure enough at half time we were 2 nil down .....then came the fight back Well done the team and well done all those who travelled to Preston.
