  1. Congratulations to you all...
  2. I am in the private sector and fully supportbwhat these guys are doing. My wife and I have taken our pensions early whilst still working. We earn an additional 18k between us and we have 4 more pensions to pay out. I would like people to be as solvent as possible in their old age but this government seems determined to stop this. I do believe that some negotiations were agreed a fewvyears back and the govt is now saying that what was agreed then is unaffordable. What will stop them doing the same again if some one decides that whats been offered now is no longer affordable. The answer is of course, nothing.
  3. Surprised that I am in the 10 th decile. I should pay more than others. My socialist principles dictate that wealth is redistibuted.
  4. Outplayed, out thought......very very poor today. Ref was crap, Bristol City deserved their win. Adomah was outstanding Fox had little or no protection.
  5. I am taking my son to Ashton Gate and we will sit in the home fans end courtesy of an old mate and Bristol City fan. I personally can't stand the away supporting fans many of whom are inevitably too drunk, too rude and insist on standing etc. After the game my son and I will have curry in Bristol before making the journey home.
  6. Saw that you had replied and I knew what your reply would be.
  7. I reckon £100 to £200 each child is enough. My son wants iTunes vouchers.....my wife is receiving an Ipad2 for Xmas as we each keep wanting to use the one we have.
  8. Pathetic thread....a new high or a new low......why don't the negative tosspots form their own forum and
  9. Fantastic photos thanks
  10. Chaplow was magnificent again....my wife is a Reading season ticket holder and also pointed out that we appeared fitter than Reading. Great result considering we had ten men....Cork, Hammond relatively anonymous and ineffectual....Guly was poor and just didn't get into the game....Connoly much the same as Guly. Tin number 3 is going down as I type
  11. I think it relates to german. The umlaut are 2 dots above a u

  13. Sorry to read this Baj. This is good advice, keep solicitors out of things for as long as possible Best of luck Q
  14. I paid £20 towards the flag. What exactly have I got for my money.....Loads of clubs have flags - why is our restriction in place? When for others its not an issue to display it.
  15. I have a broken heart
  16. Maybe he is some one who thinks, Dune. You will have to start reading books one day or take an economics/history course. Anything that enables you to see and appreciate a different opinion to yours.
  17. I am a bit ****ed so I am more animated than normal.
  18. Dune the scratched record. The only conclusion is to blame the immigrants. A dumb **** like you is never gonna blame offshoring etc. Here is a stat for you oh thick one. Wipro in India are taking on 10000 people a month......whose jobs arevthey taking? India is having the equivalent of a gold rush come on.....at whose expense is this happening. You are so dull it's unreal.

  20. Sainsbury's.......end of.
  21. RIP Steve....typed from my IPad
  22. It seems to me you have chosen the views that suit your occupation. If the late Saddam was doing this you would say something was wrong....... I am not sure that you think that deeply or fully about what you are saying when it suits you. I am afraid that you are exactly what the armed forces want. I suggest you read some articles by John pilger on war and how it is reported.
  23. I have just bought tickets for the Reading game....we will go in my car and have Saints scarves hanging out the windows on one side and Reading scarves hanging out the other as we are a divided family. We got a great win there a few years back and I would love to repeat that again.....Reading are not playing that weil currently and we are playing out of our skins
  24. I laughed
  25. I listened on Saturday morning telly to the finance expert Paul Lewis saying that a pension pot of £30K buys around £35 a week aged 65 and less if you index link etc.....shocking IMHO The experts say millions of us aren't putting aside nearly enough for retirement. But lots of people no longer trust the stock markets where pension funds are invested in or the Government to protect them if things go wrong. Mr Lewis said paying into a pension was an act of faith......he wasn't joking but he could not really finding that much positove to say about them. I have been saying for ages that its an assumption that we wil get anything from our funds.
