I said at the time the decision to replace Adkins was an unnecessary risk...I am vindicated. What a mess. We need a win... -
Lets be honest...it has got very tight at the bottom.....no pun intended. I am nervous but even when we were 3 nil up against Coventry I could not relax until we got the 4th.

I wish I had your confidence. -
You rate Hoddle don't you? I have noticed.

No it's down to rising through the leagues so quickly....10 to 15 players will go this summer (provided we don't get relegated).

What an interesting summer we are in for...

Good post...someone else has said the same later....we have made some excellent aquisitions in the last year or so. This will continue or even accelerate, I have no doubt of that. We are on the threshold of a dream. I have Alpine on ignore. Saves a lot of headache, if more people did this he would end up talking to an empty site. -
Been listening on the radio......sounded terrible.

My son and I moved during our promotion season as we coukd no longer listen to the relentless whinging coming from the dickhead behind us.
-
And when Euell was played in his natural position he was excellent....we were all shocked.
-
I think you are being harsh...As a club we had to cut out cloth etc unlike the skates. So what if we had average players? Not everyone on your list was "terrible" either. I always think of Lloyd James an honest pro and out of his depth

I am gutted for them.......NOT!!!!!!!!!!
-
What a great day......down they go. Ha ha ha...

The Dell Bar - is it worth joining next season?

I live in Newbury so for me and lots of others it is worth the cost. If I was local I am not so sure I would go. -
Looks about right to me too.

"She created today's housing crisis, she produced the banking crisis, she created the benefits crisis. It was her government that started putting people on incapacity benefits rather than register them as unemployed because the Britain she inherited was broadly at full employment," he says. Not saying unions didn't addressing, but it was the cruelty, the stupidity of selling council houses at knock down prices (that you and I had paid for) for a home "owning" ideal. No, condolences to her family, of course, but honestly she had, for me, very few redeeming charactistics. No such thing as society....will haunt her

I shouldn't bother mate....such words are beyond this poster. I have him ignore.

And of course its all rosy today isn't it?

I think Gaston has been having lots of off days....

I will repeat what I said ages ago...I think he was the wrong player for us, a luxury player whose overall contribution was limited. He's better than Lallana at certain aspects of his game but overall he is worse. I do believe he might be the shape of things to come other arrivals will mean his obvious strengths are realised and it will be Lallana who possibly makes way for him. Equally possible is the truth of rumours that the lad himself wishes to move on. The price tag didn't help either.

Winning when expected - can Mauricio Pochettino do it?
Seaford Saint replied to Glasgow_Saint's topic in The Saints
It's. an interesting question.....we should stuff Reading out of sight. If we don't not sure we'll identify the reasons why....it's the wrong match to apply the question. West Ham next Saturday or Stoke Swansea.... -
Are you strugglling financially?
