I would be surprised if only because SFC had Plc status. David Jones has been accused of a large number of things and in particular his failure to stand up to the worst expenditure excesses because he is a 'yes' man but it is unfair to accuse him of irregularities. We are in this position because you can only afford a Prem stadium costs in the Prem and we have spent ridiculous amounts of money in fees and salaries on some very mediocre and underperforming players and if you like directors. Having said that it was posted/reported that SFC were in hock to Barclays but that HM Revenue and Customs and small creditors were paid up to date and it may not be so. For that Mr Jones has to carry the can as it meant that we were effectively insolvent considerably earlier than the administator being appointed depending on the extent of the arrears.[-X

For a minute I thought this was a new interview but it is the Bournemouth fiasco. I think this is a joke by the Echo. As I understand it not having any real knowledge apart from what has been published, our Administrator wants £14m for the club and has granted dd to a bunch of individuals classified as tyre kickers on here who could not raise £1m in buying Bournemouth. Wait for the last minute hitch announcement by the Echo - probably on Tuesday. More grief to come boys and girls.

Very worrying. There have been some threads which included scepticism about the financial ability of Pinnancle based on their man fronting it up. Surely they have agreed a deal by now as there appears to be no opposition certainly not from the other jokers complaining in the press and the two pillocks striding in from Guernsey with no money. It appears that they cannot find the money either in terms of a deposit or bank guarantee - whatever has been demanded. They have had ample time to get their funds in place and so I have to fear the worst. I hope I am wrong.

It means no-one wants to buy the shares of the PLC. The Administrator is now selling off the assets of the PLC including the Stadium, Jacksons Farm and SFC - is there anything else?

Thanks for that. The situation regarding the stadium is interesting. Other items which appear to indicate something is happening is that SFC have turned down both the second Dyer bid yesterday and the loan fee for Rasiak from Watford - both in local press in Swansea and Watford. You can only turn hard cash if you are fairly certain of receiving some from another source.

Ignoring all the invective on the threads, I am getting concerned that the posters on here are easily uncovering that the people behind the two alleged bids appear to be of no financial substance. I hope that the bidders for the club do not consider they will be able to achieve the purchase and move the club on afterwards on the basis of an all debt deal and using the future net cash flows generated by the club - because we have just got rid of one idiot who thought he could do that.

Good news but I would prefer some confirmation that this is not related to the Fulthorpe fiasco. Fulthorpe is apparently a property barrister and I get nervous when things like property developer/magnate/entrepreneur are mentioned anyway!!!
