  1. Why are we attracting these no money jokers? Come on Mr Fry either sell to the Swiss or the British consortia so I do not have to read this rubbish any longer
  2. Pinnacle still around - only if they believe their own PR.
  3. What a complete joke - he has as much chance of raising £12.5m to buy the club as I have - why don't the Fry and the Echo start doing some checking before printing this garbage. We certainly have attracted a bunch of idiots and losers to this party - Lynam Fialka Jackson and now Batchelor
  4. No money so please go away and leave us in peace. It is a battle over which of you and Lynam are the biggest idiot
  5. Oh dear Mr Lynam is being progessively being 'nailed to the floor' in takeover parlance as his statements are being taken apart for their variation from the reality. Clearly they never had the money to complete the deal and so let us lick our supporter wounds and move on in the hope that the real buyer will complete the deal today.

    Why

I think if the whole story comes out Pinnacle defined as Fialka and Lynam have not put any money into the club - I suspect it has been Leon Crouch. I do not have a clue why Fry went along with this and it may be a backer who actually had money pulled out somewhere along the line. I do accept however that Oinnacle have incurred large amounts in advisers fees as I do not think the accountants and lawyers would have worked on contingency for a risky deal like SFC. I wonder who will pay them as clearly Fialka and Lynam do not have that amount of cash.
  7. I am staggered at some of the ridiculous posts on this thread. All Matt is guilty of is trying to save SFC and perhaps naivety in aligning himself with Pinnacle but I cannot make the latter judgement unless I know how he was introduced to Pinnacle and who by and what evidence of proof of funding was given to him at that time.
  8. I think you can conjecture all you want about the FL. The points removal were only ever an issue to reduce the risk of staying in L1. Pinnacle with flaky Fialka and joker Jacksons mob were both chancers trying to buy the club out of its own assets. Unfortunately for all of us the price required cannot be merited by a club in L1 and so you need a big slug of equity plus cover for the next season losses. Neither party had a pot to **** in and have now evaporated.
  9. What a joke
  10. I applaud what he tried to do but he should have walked when the idiot Fialka appeared on SSN claiming to be the money man at that point the 4th wheel finally came off.
  11. Shock horror headline 'FL cause Pinnacle to back out' I think it was predicted last week this would be the excuse trying to cover up the fact they did not have a pot to **** in
  12. Who said they did apart from the Echo? I thought that £150k was needed to pay the May wages in addition to the Dyer first instalment less the Best and McGoldrick appearance money payments - and Leon crouch apparently paid it. I think the bulk of the bid has been complete bull**** and no-one believes the FL story - they could not raise the money.
  13. What a joke he is but only ever given credence by the Echo. I do not think Fry offered him the club with the Swiss and AN Other backer around.
  14. I am very sorry about this but it was inevitable after the no money money man idiot Fialka did that ridiculous interview on SSN last week. It was clear the backer, if they ever had one, had done a runner and no amount of PR bull**** from Mr Lynam was ever going to paper over the funding cracks or in this case chasm. I am sure that Mr Lynam put this effort in for the right reasons but as a chancer and as obvious to anyone who has purchased a company, a complete amateur it was doomed to failure. Unfortunately everyone now knows who he is where he lives and works and he may find his customers drying up which is a shame. It just goes to prove that you should never promise what you cannot deliver ad if in doubt keep quiet and not make statements which clearly emanate from your backside.
  15. Cheered me up no end on what is going to be a bad day for SFc
  16. I think you may be the only one to believe it and the rest of us hope you are right.
  17. Anyone running a book on whether they will complete the purchase tomorrow as promised by MLT? I know which way my money would be placed and I am not holding my breath waiting for this one.
  18. Very disappointed and with the news that it has been under negotiation for 6 weeks sheds further dount on Pinnacle's financial credentials. We must be pragmatic and so the wages will be paid which is the priority at the moment if we are to have any players left.
  19. I have not insulted anyone but merely pointed out inconsistencies in the PR statements made by Mr Lynam. The only interest I have in Mr Fialka is not his religion or that he lives with his parents but whether he has the funds to complete the purchase. Clearly as cruelly exposed by the Echo of all places he does not have them personally as claimed on SSN. And so now we have moved to his unnamed colleagues who are wealthy - a far cry from one individual with 'several hundred million pounds'. The way Pinnacle have gone about this purchase has been very amateurish and some statements have been ill judged. To allow the exclusivity to lapse and the wages go unpaid was always going to undermine the bid and to blame the FL was never going to be acceptable to the fan base and prospective Pinnacle customers. I prefer to reserve judgement on all of them until we see who buys the club and whether in the case of Pinnacle the PR matches the reality. I appreciate their efforts but as posted elsewhere headlines of 'Football League scuppers Pinnacle bid' or 'Fry double crosses Pinnacle and sells to someone else' are more likely to be the case.
  20. I had not seen this in my earlier post - if this is the case then the purchase can go ahead with the ten point deduction from the League as there will be funds to inject into the playing staff. Also Mr Fialka's backers will be injecting the funds for the purchase and refinancing of the club through Mr Fialka as owner - I think we would all like to have a look at that capital structure.
  21. I have not seen any abuse just a series of questions exposing inconsistencies in statements he has made in the recent past ' an individual with several hundred million pounds' to name but one presumably someone who has now disappeared. Clearly this man was not Mr Fialka although we are now told by Mr Fry that he comes from a wealthy family and so there must be money in beinmg a London cabbie these days (the Echo has now established his father's occupation) There is an easy way to put an end to all of this but you need the money to do it. I suggest that we ready ourselves for the Pinnacle exit speech about the intransigence of the Football League and hopefully their being double crossed by Mr Fry having the temerity to accept an offer from another party who actually did have the money. Monday or Tuesday?
  22. It seems to me we are left with two sets of jokers who have no money, the Swiss and this other British consortia and a week to do the deal and another week before the players can walk. How the Echo can find these things out about this tosser Fialka overnight that the Administrator did not check in three weeks? Shock horror Echo headline next week 'Pinnacle pull out due to Football League' with no mention of them not having the proverbial pot to wee in. What a fiasco - we are a laughing stock again.
  23. Sorry this just will not do any more - just complete the deal today and pay the wages or just go away Mr Lynam your money man has been exposed as a man of straw. You can only be intending to try and buy the club out of its assets but unfortunately a League 1 club is not worth the money stated to be the asking price and so you need a big slug of equity to be inserted as well as funds to get the club out of League 1. I have been supportive and appreciate the PR but I suspect you do not have the cash for the deal. There is only one way to prove me wrong.
  24. Very good - it takes the edge off what is likely to be a very bad day for SFC
  25. I think the chances of Pinnacle completing now are only just above zero. I would not want to put Mr Fialka in the same league as Marc Jackson and Barry the Briefcase but he does not strike me as a person who has the clout to buy a football club. I am very concerned about the wages remaining unpaid as there are league provisions regarding when players can walk irrespective of their contract status if they remain unpaid. I think the half truths in Mr Lynam's statements will be revealed today when they implode. I just hope that the Swiss and the British consortia (not joker Jackson) are there on Monday to take over.
