Just had a quick look @ the Millwall website ahead of Saturday's FA Cup tie and I notice they are whole-heartedly endorsing the Sun Newspaper's ticket reducation offer to fans for their Feb home hames to Deby & Boro. Wouldn't it be refreshing for Saints to give something back to the fans as a Thanks for the great support the tram has received home and away. Maybe for the Burnley/Deby homes games in Feb. If, as alleged we're the 4th richest club in the UK - couldn't Nicola just sanction this? If anything to put a little faith back to the fans. However, and at the risk of being pessemistic I very much doubt it :-( When was the last time kids went for a £1 too?

Agreed Nick G - If we go up the Summer will be very exciting as we can finally offer Premiership wages and then that's when we'll get Big Names heading down the M27 ;-) Ala J Rod, Sordell, maybe even Hooper if Rangers win the league again.

30 odd pages and no ink on the paper... Just feeling like saying with SRL, Jose and the two new signings I think we'll go up automatically...The January window is difficult to recruit for numerous reasons. If we go up we can realistically get J Rod who has always been Nigel's 1st choice IMHO...

For me, here's a few wishful/realistic signings; Fuller (Stoke) - Due to Crouch & Jerome coming in. Jackson (Norwich) - Never starts for Norwich. Eccleston (Liverpool) - As they have Carroll, Bellamy, Suarez & Kuyt. Not sure - just hope to be surprised - but a decent sriker could really help a top 6 push after our great start and to be fair to pay 6m for Maynard at this stage of his contract woud have been crazy. And Jay-Rod obviously wants (like Adam L) to stay at his home club.....(Kids might be at a local school, all his family there,etc......)

I have 2 adult tickets in Block 42 which is all good. However, my brother now says he wants to bring his ticketless 7 year old son (child cover issues). I know block 42 is sold out - but can he come in with us or does he need a ticket? (Never bought kids tickets,etc......) Grateful for any advice as the clock is ticking! COYR

To be fair - we have the money to buy him and should show ambition and willing. You're paying for potential - and he has it. Personally, I think he's a good buy.

People,Just back from a great family holiday @ Butlins with my wife and 2 year old daughter - life is all good at the moment. Wore my saints top with pride round Bognor (lol). Just want to match or beat Huddersfield's points 2moro and I feel that will be enough as I think we will beat Walsall on 7 May. Should be a great day, going with my brother and nephew so can't wait - 8 Days and we could be up! PS - Jason Puncheon passed me in my saints top and looked genuinely horrified as a beamed a smile standing proud in my saints top. It all comes round don't ya know....... lol. Good luck 2moro COYR

Just been having a look at bbc Football's website and stumbled across the fact that our ground is bigger than Fulham, Bolton, Wigan, Blackpool, Birmingham, Wolves, Blackburn, Stoke & West Brom!!! Also, St Mary's 'could' be expanded upon on all the stands bar the Itchen - which could potentially see the capacity rise to 50,000. Now that's real potential - just made me a bit sad/angry that we are in LEAGUE 1 - but even more determined to enjoy the rise back to the CCC (first) and then the PL. It's going to be emotional but in NC & NA I think we'll be alright. COYR for 2moro night - another massive 'must win' game!

Debating getting Lambert 7 on the back of either the home or away shirt before the S Weds game next month - could any kind soul tell me if we're planning on wearing either next year or it is just the 1 season as it's the 125th year? Cheers COYR
