...this stage of the season... quite glad Rose and now Mason have been called up to England...hope they pick up niggling injuries and get told to sign for bigger clubs...I'd rather Ryan was focused on proving Woy wrong for us...

genuinely very very happy if he stays... and for me, it would soften the pain of losing Morgan...I'd go as far as to say... if we coudl only keep one.. I'd keep Toby (based upon we'd get decent money for Morgan)....AND... he wants to play for the club... although wil be much more comfortable when teh deal is done...

...and of course let's not forget the extra millions we get from the premier league for finishing 3rd? before we even get to Champions league...

what do we remember more 1976 FA Cup... or finishing 2nd in 83/84? however...right now.. FA Cup is a huge punt as needs alot of luck to actually win the final... and we've got a really good chance of 3rd or 4th... I'd take 4th place over a FA Cup semi-final...

Pretty much agree with this...but also would add that Yoshida looked pretty solid tonight.. given the stick he gets... can we get on and sign Toby... looked very comfortable tonight in centre mid.. pleasantly surprised by the quality of his passing...

frankly... we're not going to be 2nd end of season... so not too disappointed if city win... and keep the chasing pack a bit further away...

On one hand we're praising all the analysis done at the club...and then based on a few first game outings, judging the kid's future... The club believes he'll make it...who knows whether he'll develop/ or return from a tough year..but pretty harsh to judge his technique/ future at this stage...

We shouldn't forget that he did a very good job for us... And apart from the apparent lack of a plan B broadly moved us forward... Yes... It all ended badly.... Seems to me that part of our success has been... Decide a type/style of play... Then recruit both manager and players that fit that style... last 25 minutes were great today.. apart from one moment from Pelle in about the 90th minute.. when he didn't challenge for a header which allowed Leicester to get through for their chance that they shoudl have scored... I know it's the right at the end... but it looked really odd that Pelle didn't go for it... did anyone else see? or know why?

Thought we overplayed it at the back a couple of times today and it all felt a bit flat up until a few minutes before Long came on... Didn't understand we Mane and Tadic didn't swap sides a bit more... Tadic seems to want cross with his wrong foot when he was on the right and Mane needs more end product..but overall still pleased we're getting results even when we're not playing brilliantly... Presumably she could put that money in, but only a limited amount could go on salary due to the £4m max increase on salaries... once you get over the £52m limit?

I woud have thought they might wait until what next season looks like.. if we get into Europe.. then we need both Bertrand and Targett...and guess TA will be keen to stay and play for us as well...

thought he was solid today and showed alot of quality.. if you want to be really picky... he went up for a corner in second half and was very slow to get back... whilst at same time Fonte busted a gut to get back... but that's being pretty picky... and it's his first premier league game...
