I have made inquiries and Fulthorpe is being silent as far as I know, although it was widely known he was trying to put a consortium together it never came out who the investors were. He may be involved but tied via NDA, if that is the case you will not hear a peep as far as I'm concerned as he is professional in the way he works. So I have no idea really, will proceed with inquiries1
