  1. I got 24 and thought that was good until I see who I missed.......didn't think Dodd scored that many but was here for ever, Magilton I was surprised with too
  2. In today's society of media coverage people feel they have a right to know what is going on. It is more about not knowing why this has happened and not that it has happened that is getting people's backs up. To protest now will achieve nothing and is possibly short sighted without knowing the whys and wherefores, us not knowing why makes f.all difference to the outcome, if we keep behind the team.
  3. How about as a suggestion that we wait and see if this guy is any good in 6/12 months time? I think the structure we have in place and the style of football we want to play will dictate managerial appointments, same with any employee of sfc. If they work within that ethos and can add something extra then it will be a good choice if we develop as planned. Don't get me wrong I still think it's bizarre as Adkins will be a top manager, but he must be lacking in something to have got the boot! IMHO
  4. I'm being entertained by a contractor in the directors box. £2500 per season ticket for a seat only, you don't even get a pint with it......now that's a rip off watching that dross every other week, glad I'm not paying! I assume I should start any saints songs whilst in there
  5. Quality If you had been there I'm sure you may agree our L1 players done alright
  6. Oh dear, although to be positive Ramirez looks very good, very direct which we didn't have before he came on and I think he lifted the rest of the team for a spell. Rodriguez much better in the center. Too many backward passes for my liking, being safe when we should be pressing forward. Showed too much respect to a good arsenal team and they destroyed us.
  7. My first look is still here (for now) but because of the *****in caused by the wind ups and general trolling by certain individuals I soon take a look on Not606, it's more civilised but maybe that just me getting older
  8. Just maybe nobody on here actually dressed up.........if it bothers you and Dunce sooo much why not just ask the person who is dressed up whilst at the game.......doh, just realised my mistake, Dunce wasn't at the game was he, as he is such an f'ing uber fan he is probably too cool to go and be associated with such weird people. Did you enjoy your promotion day w@nkin on the sofa Dunce, tab open on SWF and another for ladyboysRus.com? f'ing weirdo!
  9. An idiot getting dressed isn't the same as getting dressed as an idiot, must be a depressing for him
  10. Dear Nic, I will pay what ever I have to as long as I don't have to sit anywhere near a complete tool/troll like Dunce, even if the kids go without shoes. Saying that, having had an ST from the PL and (hopefully) back again a loyalty reward would be a nice touch Rgds
  11. Nice touch from NC especially as the pikey who was to lay a new pathway to the dugouts at the Rodaway done a runner with the cash without doing a jot of work....F'ing pikey's
  12. Just sent this to the WHU fans I work with......its times like this I don't mind working in the docklands
  13. To be fair to the OP, Lee did bounce off a few defenders soon after he came on, after that I think he was more aware of being crunched and set himself to deal with it and got himself balanced from then on
  14. I'm not saying they should or that it is right, I am offering an alternative opinion. Big clubs already dominate the game anyway so that won't really change. Oh, Luke Shaw won't move for a pittance as we will be cat1 but I get your point. Eventually it will all balance out except that the smaller clubs may not get to see the talent on the pitch for the few games they play, before they get snapped up anyway. IMHO
  15. Not all these kids will make it with a 'big' club so they will inevitably end up at a 'smaller' club without the cat1 status, the lower club will then benefit from the supposed better coaching they have received elsewhere, without having the expense of paying for the coaching, which must be a drain on resources especially if the player doesn't make the grade as a pro. There are still a lot of kids wanting to play pro football which the EPPP won't stop
  16. I know its all about opinions but I feel your just wrong. It is arguable if he is our best player but to say is was 'v poor today and has been for a while' is ludicrus. He may not be playing as well as he can but he is still better than 90% of players in this league even on an off day.
  17. In Palma one year and some old local fella remembered us from the '76 final, players names as well.......I was in a yellow away shirt at the time. Felt quite chuffed after
  18. This, the whole team played very well as a unit and showed what a good team we can be against what was supposed to be tricky opposition. Well done all
  19. I saw the bold bloke kitted out in his tracksuit at waterloo station on my way home yesterday , didn't realise it was him at the time but makes you wonder if he is local and even a saints fan ?
  20. Played very well, my only criticism which applies to both wide midfielder's is when they cut inside and how open it can leave our full backs, both done well to get back into position and cover but maybe more positional sense when saints don't have possession, not really chappers or Guly's fault as I believe both are central players playing out wide I do like the energy from chappers and his runs into channels which are difficult to pick up and make us a threat without AL
  21. Hooiveld for me too.....immense at the back against some big lumps and played the ball out very well, both full backs done well too along with chappers WHU are rubbish, if I had to watch that so called football everyweek I would loose the will to live, long ball after long ball and they weren't even accurate. We should have had a few more really and what was the goal disallowed for ?
  22. Many Ram's think we will win and consider RL & AL to be real threats http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/topic/7654-derby-county-v-southampton/page__st__20
  23. So should you!
  24. Fox is definitely more comfortable on the ball than Harding but did get caught out of position quite a lot, maybe Burnley used to play with more cover than our wingers provide, hopefully just a case of getting used to our style and set-up, it was his first full game so we shouldn't be too judgemental just yet!
  25. £800k Bid accepted http://www.thisisbristol.co.uk/story-13191785-detail/story.html
