We have just won 4 out of the last 5 games in 17 days, scoring 14 goals into the bargain, come from behind in 3 of them and YET people still complain!!! We will not win every game like Huddersfield, OK that set a very high standard, but 3 points are better than none FGS!!

Out of 33 on our coach on Sunday, I know that Granddad will not go, as will wife of brother in law, daughter is working, wife of B in laws mate, wife of cousin, daughter perhaps, friend of cousin (ill), mate I got a ticket for, so 8 for starters, actually half of all those I know about! So you can soon get from 51K to 26K easily on that basis. But they are all Saints fans who have been many/several times this season, and would go more often if they could.

And it has pride of place! It was the second one i used, the first got torn to shreds with using it as a clapping substitute on Sunday!!

At least Antti Niemi had the good sense to leave, even if he must have had a mad moment to join in the first place!!!

My wife and father in law (ex Hants CC Ground staff) were sat close to the pitch, said it was too long after !0 minutes!

I agree with most of what you say Alpine, have been saying for ages we need another good CM in case either DH or MS out. (by the way, how many runs did Hammond make not spotted?!) But great to see Wootton, Davis and Jaidi have their day at Wembley! I reckon Jaidi has another season left in him, we need a beast at the back alongside Jose.

It will be amazing! Show the country that we are a BIG club! Let no one knock it, just remind yourselves of how low the club had gone this time a year ago. We are now well and truly on the way back, on the up!

The tickets are being sent out via one of the private firms, they usually deliver at the weekend.

I had a call from the Marketing office yesterday in response to an email I sent asking why ST Holders had not got theirs first - was told to call the hotline if not received by NEXT WEDNESDAY FFS!!

I think its time for a statemnet from the Club on this, as season ticket holders who applied and paid out money first, we should be informed of the process. Not happy at all!

That to me is the major issue with the team now, as he fought to buy him, he must play him, but 442 or 451 formation? I think he will be ruthless and drop MS as he has not scored or had many assists lately, so we need goals and wins now, 442 with Antonio right wing for me. His run to set up Adam on Sat was superb, strength, control, skill, great cross, the lot; if we can get that out of him consistently we have a real asset. With four games in 10 days he needs to set out his best team now, and stick to it, unless injuries or suspensions dictate otherwise. He has two players for each position now so not really any excuses over the next 18 games.

Down to them, pure and simple. Every time we played there in the 70s, 80s and 05, we all brought back memories and stories of their attitude/behaviour and it has been built up by us guys in our 40s/50s and handed down to the next generation, and hyped by the media too. But it sure makes for an amazing atmosphere!! Shame we cant do it every game though, singing as you queue to go through the turnstiles, that only happens at away games.
