One other point I think should be raised is in my experience we're one of the most expensive clubs in the championship for kids tickets, as someone with two young kids who are really getting into football I find it hard to justify taking them along regularly, take the Skates game cheapest u14 ticket is £25 plus £2 booking fee, even for other lesser games it feels a lot

Fans do need to be up for it tomorrow though, big home game with 3000 full away end who will have had plenty of cans of cider on the train over, make a decent noise. St Mary’s has been a fortress for a while already, no league home defeats for 8 months. That's my fear, we had a similar record in 2011 calendar year, something like 20 straight home league wins then along came Bristol City.... Last season we achieved something like 8 consecutive wins (was that a record?) then along came Bristol City..... 23/24 season was the record breaking unbeaten run, then along came Bristol City.... Might only be a curse when we're on club record runs in which case we might be fine for Saturday 👍

Yeah i think people need to be realistic on Saturday, Bristol City could field their u18 girls XI they would still manage to get a result against us, its just the way it is

Its a bit of a nightmare journey that midweek, I'm sure it will make general sale but hopefully we'll take the full 2,022 allocation pick up more good results against Bristol City and Wrexham and feelgood factor will help. There's also a long gap between Wrexham on 19th Sept and Norwich 14th Oct.
