  1. Might get chilly in the 2nd half, look out for me I'll be the bloke in black and white carrying a Saints for the Cup banner
  2. Textbook, earlier train was fine , no issues
  3. That's only true in the neutral area, we also have an allocation at that level sold by Saints where you can wear what you like. 239 was in our allocation? Edit - actually can see its part of neutral blocks but right next to Saints official area
  4. I like your optimism , however if you look how WBA celebrated their win midweek mathematically securing survival i think its likely they are done for the season now. Millwall will win at Leicester tonight so by the time we take to the field at Wembley 2nd and 3rd could be 6 points clear of us.
  5. They might have given 1,000 away or another theory a City fan i know has is they just took those off sale to concentrate last min sales into other blocks that will be more visible on tv. Either way there will be 23k - 24k in official City end, how many of those are regular City fans travelling from Manchester is another thing, as members could buy 3 each im sure there will be a fair number of tourists in their end who just want to see star players at Wembley. 60% of middle tier is "neutral" club wembley, mostly annual tickets owned by London based Corporates (includes all England games, fa cup semi finals, fa cup final, carabao cup and play offs) those seats are counted as sold but often go unused for less appealing games. Would expect a fair few Saints to be in those seats, lots were in play offs 2 years ago. Official attendance will probably by roughly 68-70k with actual numbers in the ground closer to 66k Biggest spread of empty seats is half of upper tier South side of ground which is same side as main tv cameras so won't be so visible on tv.
  6. He's been with us 4 seasons now so 1 year left on his contract i think, there's no way I can see any team offering a transfer fee for him, might be able to loan him out again
  7. I think hes been massively unlucky, how many other occurrences have there been this season of fa reviewing footage and taking retrospective action in the Championship?
  8. A friend of mine had a similar issue and emailed the ticket office, they replied same day but that was a week ago when tickets were still available, would give it a try tickets@saintsfc.co.uk
  9. We could actually do with Wrexham beating Middlesbrough for us
  10. Looking at remaining fixtures i think play offs will be Wrexham v Millwall Southampton v Middlesbrough With Millwall and Middlesbrough being home in 2nd legs
  11. Fulham away i think was last one, in the fa cup
  12. More likely Ipswich will come to us knowing a win for them will as good as promote them with their goal difference. Our aim now has to be to try to stay ahead of Middlesbrough and get that home 2nd leg
  13. 150 left now, shame its the £90 ones left as these would have been snapped up early on if available, price is high now for a casual fan or someone thinking of taking the family. Interestingly Chelsea haven't sold out their 33,250 initial allocation yet and any season ticket holder or member can buy THREE each, for me that shows even for a fanbase like theirs the prices are too steep. Not much travel cost or distance for Chelsea either. Like us Leeds have been given some extra tickets.
  14. Yeah let's hope its not that bad, I think they put these stories out to put enough people off getting the train , then remainder who do go will find it ok, need to spead the numbers travelling across those trains. If you can get on a cross country to Reading thats a great route as well as will be plenty of trains from their into Paddington, then use Marylebone to Wembley Stadium station
