I agree with you for the main reason but would be good if you could have 2 or 3 times a season where you can transfer a ticket short notice if due to circumstances you can't make it, but by transferring you lose the away credit , would help stop seats being left empty and still put off those who just buy to sell on
-
No chance Colchester will sell out the home end, surprised they didnt give us more to boost the attendance a bit. West Ham at home the same day impacts their attendance, Skates still banging on about taking 9000 up to the Hammers , Waterloo will be full of them

Colchester showed as "sold out" on Friday , not sure for Watford but as that one is digital tickets that are not transferable will be interesting to see how low it goes , obviously will sell out easily but will impact people who used to buy for mates etc

Do they do kids sizes?

Also the day his Dad died i think, can't find the interview he did but was emotional attachment
-
I was too young to ever see him play but loved hearing the stories of his secret signing at the Potters Heron pub , Big Lawrie always enjoys retelling that one. Hard to explain to today's kids, would be like Saints signing Messi or Bellingham now?

His Dad is a Man Utd legend to be fair

Not worth the hassle mate just to get abuse, I appreciate the ITK snippets. Thanks for the DM by the way, very interesting!

This feels like the most low-key pre season we've ever had. A kick around with Eastleigh to loosen up after the summer break then a couple of lower league German clubs I guess for us the main thing to focus on is fitness, no change in manager or core set of players so everyone already knows the plan , they'll approach the Colchester game like a friendly as well

I remember when sky tried it back in 1992 we had a band on the pitch at The Dell vs Man Utd Must admit I enjoyed the half time show and hoping its something that could become a permanent feature at club football. 30 min half time, we could have Craig David driven onto the pitch by Iain Dowie and Nicky Banger

I remember some of the Italia 90 (England) squad saying they hated that game Suffer the heartbreak of a semi final defeat they just wanted to get home after that, not hang around the hotel waiting to play another game that everyone thought was pointless

Bowen didnt really have any choice but staying at the 'Ammers , he's married to the daughter of West Ham fan and Britain's Hardest man Dannny Dyer

I *think* difference was Saints were also happy to sell to raise some funds and get his wages off the books
-
Yeah they will win the league in my opinion. Also sold over 50k season tickets so will fill the ground every game
