  1. Yeah their away followings last few weeks have been very poor, they got nowhere near selling out at Charlton and also couldn't sell out the small allocation at QPR on a Saturday, I think if they have 950 left then they've only sold 1000 based on initial allocation they received https://www.bcfc.co.uk/ticket-info/saints-away-set-for-priority-sale/
  2. I missed some of these stats, so we've equalled a record league straight wins i think, how many more do we need to set a new record? Nice to have some positive record breakers after last seasons negative ones
  3. Funny old game. 3 down at Leicester early on, home fans joyous singing "Southampton, its happened again" They're as good as down now, players and fans facing up swearing at each other, about time those players showed a bit of pride to earn a move elsewhere- starting with Millwall at home on Friday night would be nice
  4. Archer could start instead of Azaz with his heavily strapped knee. Ticket sales look strong, fair play big week for our fans , not many left mainly in Chapel block 20. Bristol City traditionally bring a big support to us , not sure how many travelling this time with it being midweek and nothing to play for.
  5. I agree, and if Middlesbrough were to win we could find we actually finish outside the top 4. Top many permutations to worry about it
  6. What are the latest odds for Saints to finish top 2? Ipswich and Millwall must still be heavy favourites
  7. A lot of us feel that way, although a slight shift in attitude after seeing us beat Fulham and Arsenal recently
  8. Agree got to keep context in mind, go back 10 weeks and we had no chance to be in this discussion, quite incredible achievement whatever happens now, we'll probably look back and think if only we'd won a couple more earlier in the season but is what it is
  9. Its got to be one of our best runs in our history, im told first time 7 league wins in a row for 118 years. Does worry me we had record run of home wins in 2011 ended by Bristol City. Record run of unbeaten games 2023/24 ended by Bristol City, on a record run of straight league wins and now get to meet bloody Bristol City again
  10. I can't see Stoke stopping them, but who knows, perhaps a 0-0 with Super Baz playing a blinder and keeping a clean sheet
  11. Millwall are going to be hard to catch looking at their fixtures, 4th place would still be great for us considering where we were a few weeks ago
  12. I know what you mean, just feels like one of those games. Although had a few good wins at Swansea over the years, need the spirit of 2018
  13. Yes the unsold Man City blocks in upper tier would be a continuation of our section so they have allowed for that, knowing the FA they'll leave it to the last minute though . We've sold up to block 528 i think. Blocks 527- 522 haven't been put on sale yet (to City) so in theory whole upper tier down to corner flag is available
  14. OK im in for Bennett , thought he'd be our Tony Daley
  15. Oh yeah dont get me started on the greedy bastards at the FA, semi finals shouldn't be at Wembley, tickets prices are a joke, useless. I know last year each team had 36,500 , Forest sold out asked for more but FA declined, they should have had another at least another 3,250 ready for us as soon as first lot sold out. We had a crowd of nearly 86k at the play off final , going to be 25k less than that as things stand which is a shame.
