The stats suggest they are pretty comparable on goals/assists. Both championship level. Edozie can beat a man but no end product, Fraser has end product but can't beat a man.

Fraser is not exciting at all, and not really what we need at this level. We're missing a decent number 9 to call this a great window.

Entirely on Russell Martin. Set us up like we were playing Manchester City away, and only makes changes when we're behind. Clueless

Martin is clueless. Goes ultra defensive, refuses to change it up until we're behind. Constantly plays his favourites, Stephens, Smallbone and Armstrong, the latter of which are not good enough for the premier league. Relegation beckons without a decent attacking midfielder (Alcaraz) and striker.

I agree we need a new striker. While BBD might contribute around 10 goals, both Archer and Arma are still relatively unproven at this level. Arma deserves a chance, but I haven't seen anything that convinces me he can step up. My concern is that RM's tendency to favor certain players might end up costing us results. The decision to substitute Sugawara, a genuine attacking threat, while keeping Stephens on the pitch and playing him out of position, seemed more about player preference than sound tactics. Similarly, if Alcaraz doesn’t fit into RM’s system, I’m not sure who will effectively link the midfield to the attack—because Aribo certainly isn’t the answer.

Be good to know what's going on with Walker-Peters and Bednerak. Assuming Bednerak is close to signing an extension because everything has gone quiet, and maybe WP too as his options seem limited if he wants to start in premier league. Could do a Che and go abroad but seems less likely.
