They cut and pasted a page from a few seasons ago and it about Rupert Lowe taking over the club and his vision... Can he be returning . . . a reverse forward and backward takeover

If it is true then we have made no further ground since having Lowe in respect of a `new era` in saints owners. All this talk of a plan and working as a team would just confirm to some fans (I included) that football hasn`t and wont change no matter who is at the club...its all about money and power.

Not a good game 1/10 for Saints and that was for the goal. Pointless turn out for a `nothing to play for game`, shame as I was looking forward to us clinching 6th place when I got the ticket and an exciting game. God knows what the Southend game will be like....bring you blankets and a pillow it may be zzzzzzzzzz

Just got back...first half we were second best, just couldnt keep the ball not get it, far too slow in all department. Last 15 of second half better. Not sure why Papa passed the ball across the box when he could have just hit the ball in the net. if that one negative its that saints do over pass thier play rather than just being direct after 5,6 passes. I suppose it was a `nothing to play for game` so we couldnt expect anyhtng else!! Gillingham looked like it was twinned with Skatesville...what a dump

Oldham clearly had no intent to play football. They literally parked the team bus infront of their goal, most embarassingly anti-football team I have seen all season. We may aswell of just stuck everyone upfront ffs But these are the games we struggle with and need to grind out a 1-0 win somehow. Perhaps we shuld have packed the box Wimbledon style.

Tactics wrong today.too much possesion. whats the point in passing side to side back and then to the side again. We gave the ball away to often and some very poor crosses. keeper ot too many crosses so what was the point continuing with that. Why put lambert and papa on the wing??? Why have lamber crossing the ball? cant someone else do that and have him in the mix to snatch a shot. Need to find a few more players who can actually get passed players for these defensive team as we dont have the confidance players in enough positions. I got totally bored today just like watching Arsenal trying to walk the ball in. BBC site said Saints had 19 shots...I rember 2 in the first half and 4 in extra time! lallana and Puncheon were quick but the rest too pedestrian today. I suppose the season could have been worse leaque wise but we really need to strengthen for next season as a playoff place wont suit Saints as it is as we will run out of steam durng the last 6 games. I want a top 2 finnish!!!!!

Bloody Hell can Walsall score 2...and get a Huddersfield player sent off! BBC stats show Saints on top possesion, shots and corners

Walsall have not had a shot on target or off target...so its going to be a case of them losing 3 while Saints continue to win rest of games!! Cant ask anymore tonight but result still keeps us 8 points out. keep going Saints!!!

First Cardiff in the fanal and now Spurs...both usless...how bad was Spurs shoting ability, the bar is not 30 ft high.

Real performance or not Saints do look a better team to me and I would rather Pards is still with us as he has built the team and we need to keep the same team for a while. Look at the likes of Swindon, Huddersfield and Colchester I bet they stick with their team and Manager. We know what changing managers does and we dont want another relegation. I think we just need a full season with the players and Pards and we are only 8 ponts off play offs so can be done!!!

I want to see lots of Red cards and injuries for the Skates so they are down to 9 and get hammered 3-0 by Spurs. Difficult one with Redcrapp but at least Bale is there to Bale us out! Skates dont desrve to be in the cup with all the players they were allowed to by and those held back from playing in the leaque games. Also Skates have probally the worst support in the country only turning up for the big games and even then they cant sell out allocation. Glory hunters will dissapear in thier 1,000s next season. Oh and lets hope skates get stuck in traffic

For those who didnt go to FA or leaque cup final the JPT was a fantastic day, a great atmospher and meant a lot. its probally harder to get to a cup final than to get promotion. I am very pleased Saints won JPT even at the expense of promotion as I dont think we had gain enough points at the first half of seaosn anyway which was down to the team not being quite right in balance or fitness etc. The JTP is for Div 3 and 4 teams as its vertually impossible for one of them to get to the FA Cup...so in perspective its a brilliant win.and the first i have seen since 77/78. I dont think promotion will be a problem in the future.

cant wait to get the game going vs carlilse and we need the following ; Davis Harding Jaidi Fonte Mills Papa Hammond Morgan Lallana Lambo Connolly To have basicaly the same team who have been getting brilliant wins and showed great football will be our advantage. Allthough some say we are favs I think Saints and fans know we are never really favs for any game and that may put some presure on carlilse. Looks like what should of happend vs Swindon happend at MKD today. lambert just missed out on a long range chip , which paid off today. he is class and keeps going and with this team of Saints players we cant rule out a very very late surge for a 6th place. More for saints fans to cheer about!! COYR
