I presume the administrators final report to the creditors will spell out how much Chanrai has 'paid' for the club. I would not be surprised if there is no new money. All that Baloo and Levi have done is agree a repayment plan on one credit card whilst taking out a new one with another limit to max out. The parachute payments are the only reason he is still here. I presume they have now paid all their football creditors to get the golden share back?

This isn't a surprise. Chanrai needs the club to trade long enough to pick up the parachute payments. This latest event was a sideshow. The events to come: - Who is in the new consortium? - Why did AA make it so difficult for Lever? - When will Golden Share transfer? - Will the court cases bring a points deduction? - Will they stick to CVA? - Now it is his money will the big wages continue?

Insider trading is very hard to prove. The posters partner would have to be pretty high up to have any true 'inside' info, the equity analysts that cover these companies spend a lot of time and money being ITK. That said if the partner were on that 'insiders list' then deep do do!
