Weirdly the correct team for Poch would be Barcelona with their ethos of bringing through the academy. MoPo is a good manager but has technical flaws (over training and no plan B) which means he will never be an ‘elite’ manager.

I watched some of the game, they are truly awful. When I think back to our League One side it’s not even close.
