  1. Is there a stat showing how many times we give the ball away ? Some of our so called passing today was criminal. I’m happy with the win but not with the tippy tippy defending.
  2. He tries to wind him up but I think he’s wised up. Seeing him tonight JWP will have his work cut out. Put KWP at right back and he will slow him down. For me this is a hard one to call.
  3. Just watched Palace aggressively beat Toffees. I don’t see us getting anything on Wednesday. We don’t have any midfield hardmen to handle Zaha or Benteki. Come on Saints. Prove me wrong.
  4. We made the Arse look good today but they ain’t! When will Ralph wake up to the fact that KWP is an outstanding ‘right back’? Week after week we see the same old style which to date is ineffective. I recognise the fact that we have injuries but these players are supposed to be professionals, including the Manager, yet would all be instantly dismissed from any organisation that practiced PBR. Palace next Wednesday give them the opportunity to rectify their inept performances. So come on Ralph. Do the effing obvious please.
  5. The Arse have always been my second team because as a lad, a mate I went to school with played for them. They are nowhere near as consistent as when Arsene Wenger managed them and with my eternal optimism I foresee a narrow win for us. Keep the faith Saints. 2-1 to Saints
  6. I am really pissed off!
  7. I just hope that JWP can wind Vardy up as he is a petulant twat at times. He put VVD out for almost a whole season with his nastiness. I see from the report in the Mirror this morning that the 9-0 was mentioned twice. Any bets on at what point it will be mentioned before and during the game this time?
  8. I’ve been saying this for ages.
  9. Saints are the top of the tree when we come to losing points from leads. Under Ralph this has happened more often than with any other Prem Club. Yet again yesterday we exhibited the reality that we ain’t too bad for 45 minutes as many posters have already mentioned. The other Clubs know this and just wait their chance for the second half. We appear tactically inept after the break. Can’t Ralph see this or doesn’t he want to? Answers on a postage stamp!
  10. Why can we never seem to compete with the Clubs around and below us? Same old same old.
  11. I said recently 1 goal or 10 it’s still three points. I still can’t understand why we don’t place a speeder in our bit of the centre circle when defending corners. Two villa players would be otherwise engaged to try and prevent a breakaway. Enjoyed the game and so glad I don ‘t bite my finger nails. My MOTM was Che. He never stopped running.
  12. I hope Ralph has put the whole team into a room and showed the Everton game from last weekend. Watford were 2-1 down and didn't look all that impressive, in fact looked quite fragile at times. Everton's defence collapsed once Watford got their second and it looked so easy for them from that point on. Saints can still get three points from this game with the right selections and slowly start to move up the table. We now have sufficient back up to cover any tired legs. COYS.
  13. Here we go again. Season after season we play well against the better teams and struggle against those around and below us. It’s so bloody frustrating being a Saint. Why can we, the mere spectators, see the weaknesses and yet our illustrious Manager continues with them. Play your bloody heart out for the first sixty and then bring on the fresh legs. Burnley were there for the taking and the same offenders let us down. Come on Ralph. Please show a bit of initiative and utilise our best players to start. I live in hope.
  14. 1-0,2-0, 10-0, it means three points. If we win our next four games 1-0 it will still accrue 12 points. That will make me a very happy Saint!
  15. If JWPs was a Red why was the Red and Penalty overruled v City. Mike Dean has form against us and today is no exception. We were crap in the first half and more than held our own in the second. Until the sending off I had hopes we could sneak this. Ralph needs to have a bloody good look at himself because he’s the one who picks the team.
  16. Local Wolves fans tell me they didn’t have much hope for a win. But as we are so ineffective in the box they feel lucky today. Why didn’t Bednarek stay on his feet and shoulder Jimenez off the ball. Jimmy Case would have had in the adverts. Yet another dismal display from a team that can’t seem to gel. Last week outstanding and unlucky not to win. This week abysmal and deserve to lose. Ralph needs to take a good look at himself. No more excuses.,he selects the team and therefore shoulders the responsibility.
  17. After his non-performance last Saturday please Ralph, don,t start Redmond. He only has one gear - reverse.
  18. I’ve just heard that Ralph is taking Redmond to a local farm where he will be given a shovel and he will be chained to an iron peg and instructed how to hit the barn. I’m concerned that he will turn a round and strike the peg.
  19. Three points today for Saints. We will overcome the doom mongers. COYS
  20. Why oh why? Newcastle are not very good. Looks like a typical second half. Very very lucky to get that point. Should have been put to bed before half time. How many misses did we have in total?
  21. He’s an absolute ‘must play’ against Villa then?
  22. You might be on big money but you need to learn a little respect!
  23. We now have the foundations of a decent team. Play KWP at RB with Tino in front of him and look for a GK as our two continue to let us down. Park AA in the centre circle when we concede a corner which means two opposing defenders have to stay put. AA has pace and given the service will raise his game. A vg result but oh so close to all three points.
  24. Its very easy to name scapegoats after losing in such a feeble way. However, look for responsibility. Ralph picks the team. We are seeing a repeat of last season. Two of our best players on the bench not used against a mediocre Everton side. They are not very good and Ralph should have known this. The positives are completely nullified by the negatives. I won't give up my support of my Club but I am quickly losing my confidence in our Manager. Manure next week is the real challenge.
  25. Come on Lads. We can turn this around. Wake up Ralph!
