  1. Ah!Well. We should be on first for MOTD tonight eh?
  2. This is what I expected. When we are good we are very very good but when we are bad we are complete shite. We need a clear out. And I hate to say this but Ralph is totally responsible for this.
  3. And the referee for todays match is….. our ‘non’ Friend. Bet he won’t do us any favours.
  4. Three expected ‘walkovers’ result in three consecutive losses. Season after season we fail to beat teams around and below us. All three of our losses have been by teams below us. Rather than lay blame point the finger at the responsibility which in these three examples is Ralph’s. I am reluctant to call for him to go but it’s getting closer after each game. Why does he still permit this constant crab football? You don’t score goals passing the ball sideways. Is it too late for him to adapt to attacking football?
  5. Where has all the optimism gone? Did we leave it all at Villa? This is absolute dog shit.
  6. It’s time for our new owners to start putting their hands into their pockets. We need to strengthen the defence starting with a keeper. Bednarek is way past his prime.Stevens at times is like a cart horse. Today we were brought down to earth by a team who on comparison deserve to be below us but we have to adapt our play to the occasion not the past. Let’s scupper the Magpies next week and come out with our heads held high. PS. Wipe that bloody smirk off Howes face!
  7. Two reasons I want to win this. 1. Want a trip to Wembly.....it's been a few years now. 2. To get revenge for Kiddy. Wet Spam used all five, well-paid, Prem League subs. And that's why they won.
  8. My MOTM is KWP. Outstanding performance of a player ‘out of position’ who broke through the Narch defence time after time. Wonder how many miles he covered in the match? I said before the game that we shouldn’t expect a walkover but with their ten men behind the ball for most of the match and the performance of Gunn we may have reached double figures if they had wanted to take us on. As for the taters, why do I dislike Carra so much? The patronising Neville too. So pleased we won. I’m a very happy Hasper today. COYS.
  9. A word of caution please. Pride come before a fall and being overconfident will lead to tears if you fail. Don't think for one moment that Narch will be walkover. I well remember the 20th Nov game where posters were predicting a huge win for Saints. We lost ! This time I hope for a win but never take it for granted.Unlike that overpaid clown Lawrenson on BBC Sport I don't make predictions. I want to see a good free flowing game. We are playing good football. Long may it continue. COYS
  10. Revenge is sweet! The ‘pundits?’ Had us down to draw and lose. Some of the football we played today was ‘Pretty to watch Nipper’ Long may it continue. Outstanding performances all over the pitch by our lads. We can clip the Canaries wings on Friday too. Onwards and Upwards.
  11. What a performance.! Yet again our players ran their hearts out. Difficult to pick a MOTM but please consider Che. Holding the ball up, defending as if his life depends on it and scoring yet again just has to be recognised as excellent. When will a Referee have the balls to hold up a yellow when the 'whinging wankers' of the top six are in his face? Pogba cost more than out whole team put together but 'commitment' by our lads can't be bought and is priceless. We now have a team that isn't in any way scared of the 'big money boys'. Manure got lucky today and with the help of the Referee still couldn't capitalise . As we used to say in the Dell Days 'Pretty to watch Nipper'.
  12. Its only a suggestion but Ralph must instruct Romeu to get as close as he can to 'Twinkletoes' and pinch him frequently. He will scream just like Grealish. We can do this even better than we did at the Spuds Arena. COYS
  13. Watched the match on TV with nipper and grandson. Predicted a 2-1 win for Saints. What a match! We were outstanding. Ref made a couple of shite decisions and the ‘Diving Diva’ was allowed to score after a serious foul, but hey! They are a Top Six Club with a Manager who is currently the Londoncentric Star. Hoddle was his usual idiot self with this remark. “Spurs were robbed by VAR!” You couldn’t make it up. Onwards and upwards to Saturday and three more points from yet another bunch of overpaid Divas. COYS.
  14. Three more points today and it opens the gap further on those below us.
  15. Lets go for it. Three more points to gain tomorrow and as usual I am the optimist, then three more off Wolves on Saturday will give us the breathing space we need. Can't see the new owners spending much this window. PS. The Newcastle cancellation didn't do them any favours did it? Well done Cambridge.
  16. Not playing hasn’t helped Newcastle has it? Cambridge United beat them on their own muck heap!😂😂😂
  17. I honestly thought we were going out at full time. But, we did it. Well done Mr. Nuisance Long. My MOTM.
  18. Living as we do up here in North Shropshire there are a number of Baggies around. According to one of them who is a close friend the gossip around the Hawthorne's is that Sam Johnson, an England keeper, is on his way to Saints Marys. Recently Red Carded he could fit into our squad perfectly! I hope its not just wishful thinking.
  19. I wait with optimism.
  20. One thing stands out a mile here. Saudi Gold will influence the PL parasites much more effectively than we fans. HAPPY NEW YEARS to all Fellow Saints.
  21. I see where we have made a gesture of protestation to the PL. Wishful thinking?
  22. And pigs might fly. The PL is in existence for only one pursuit and that is the God Mammon. We fans are shat upon week after week and yet sit back passively and do nothing. Perhaps a boycott of those 'dodgy cancellations. may prove effective.
  23. All this has done for us fans up here in the wilds of North Shropshire is make us angrier and miss the match but save a 400 miles round trip.Ralph said 'Most of our players have been vaccinated', why not the Magpies? Their squad is larger than ours and with their under 23s have plenty to put on the team sheet. I see brown envelopes being passed surreptitiously.Living up to their nickname, devious bastards.
  24. Playing for time is the norm when you are under the cosh as we were after the red card. I thought that Forster deliberately kicked into touch and also fell to the floor every time he caught the ball. Those extra seconds all add up. All in all our tactics paid off. Hoof it into the crowd and hope that the return is delayed by 'pass the parcel' methods which our fans should start practicing. We all thought that the amount of simulation by Spuds 'posers' should have been punished but the Ref totally ignored their theatrics.
