4th Round Draw - Millwall or Dagenham Away
explorer saint replied to Thorpe-le-Saint's topic in The Saints
Good draw for the Hammers they can concentrate on the league -
Dave's Ok but Solent and BBC South so amaturish , apparently we have Dag & Red away which is a good draw for us, no mention of Millwall at all. Feeling there are few people who work for BBC South with any knowledge on sport or footie at all
-
No lets not give him a break he is ineffective away from home when we need a bit bottle and are under the cosh starnge decision taking fox off he seemed really up for it and was playing well

result was on the cards no pasion or ideas agree adkins is clueless away from home and we are an easy team to play against, teams know how to play us, we had loads corners but never looked liked scoring final ball total ****e, think we should hope for play offs at best -
To be honest think hammers will win title why is this stupid, though love it if we did win it, promo is all that matters auto of play offs
-
Yes but we bossed the game for the most at Cov, but they are a struggling team, we were under pressure for long parts today, Guly cant hold the ball up when needed. Away we are a weaker, think only at Ipswich we have blown the opposition away like we have for the majority at home
-
Live and Let die a bond film with some humour think Roger Moore personaly was great had hard act to follow with connery and as for Jane Seymour has to be the best bond girl ever!
-
Think this result has been on the cards for a bit think the cov result covered over the cracks we could of easily lost at reading and derby, home form should keep us up there but teams have got us sussed when we are playing away , guly should just play at home hasnt got the quality in tracking back when needed away

Looking back Mick Channon was my idol and still is but at the time didnt really have a problem him moving down the league to the skates, I know he did this for bally but was the rivalry and media attention as bad then dont think so, in his autobiography he states the venom was always from the blue side the red side couldnt really be bothered. Loved the time he notched his hat trick against them on match of the day What a star well done Mick top man, saint to this day

No away wins since the end august need to get 9 points including cov away, this away form is starting to worry me -
Would love to see the coverage of AR at Elland Road yes please interested

I was in the away end behind the goal I cheered and stood up when we scored couldnt help it. Nobody said anything think they were just ****ed off
-
Have a few in the White Hart at Sherfield or the Four Horse Shoes across the road be nice to them its where I grew up then there is the Cricketers a mile down the road on the A33 then the Jekyll & Hyde and then just this side of the M4 bridge there was another boozer where you could also park from there 20 mins walk to the ground. Dont get on the duel carridgeway stay on the path!!!!!

Right so we are not Barcelona after all! hope Cortie and adie will see that, sometimes you have to hit it long. Prefer to see saints in 4th or 5th anyway -
Realy great win today had feeling we may struggle today to get a point, defense is a problem 5 againts in 2 games is not good, adkins has to look at full back situation surprised Buttefield not playing unless injured, Chaplow showed what we need when came on well done RL. This is a tough league think all saints fans should get a grip on reality we are going to lose a good few games this season but will also win a load more
-
Good chant though we'll never watch the scummers yes indeed you wont unless we get a draw in the cup sometime in the future, glad to see their complete downward trend is continuing
-
Christ no apology from the club or police what a dsigrace, really hope their kids and family dont caught up in something soon, must all be labour human rights supporters I give up and want to emigtae but I will have a speckled hen first
-
Why did we spend 2 days with the guy showing him round training facilities and local area plus he already apparently had digs sorted, if we weren't interested, something happened cant believe it was wages we obviously were keen to get him in.
-
What a great day spent with my tractor boy mate stayed with him last time we played and we won 3-0 so 8-2 up overall he did mention they won the second half at one point during injury time! not bad day for tour of the brewery in Bury, train, beers and best away performance can ever remember ! Saints we salute you

The "how did brighton get so annoyed with us" thread
explorer saint replied to kwsaint's topic in The Saints
Dont think so majority of fans who would post would not have probably even been born in 78 and there was no real rivalry following this game, it come from Adkins comment last season and think they want a skate love in and a new team to hate as they have obviously got bored with Palace
