My choices:
Graham Potter (not sure he’d come) - proven at getting out of the Championship and staying up.
Steve Cooper (see above).
David Moyes (stop gap only).
Outside of that somebody prepared to bravely fight relegation but inevitably take us down with a view to coming straight back upagain and staying up next time. Anyone other than an unknown only ever managed in lower foreign leagues type person. We really need a manager with both Prem and Championship experience now.
Failing my first two choices I’d take Harry Potter or Tommy Cooper. Either would do a better job than RM has this season.
I’m loving the gallows humour on this thread. Funny but equally sad when we used to be so positive in the days of Adkins, Poch, RK etc. How far we’ve fallen.
So in 90mins of football we didn’t have a single shot on target? Fuck me in local Sunday League shit you’d get at least one! Unforgivable. Get the fuck out of of our club Russell now!
Sad but true mate. I’m completely numb to it now and don’t care any more. Until RM is gone I can’t be bothered to follow us. It’s painful. Nobody minds losing but do so with some fight and giving it a proper go. We could have had a 0-0 today but once again a complete fuck up at the back has cost us. Every game it’s getting more and more ridiculous and it’s not new as we were doing it last season so in the Championship as well.
That team selection has got another 9-0 defeat written all over it. Though can’t see what else we could do in the circumstances. It will be very Saintsy though to get something out of tonight’s game against the odds!
