Please, just one person in the media point this out! 72hrs - permitted 71.59 - moral outrage, national shame, expelled, 20m to the other team to silence them, whole country behind Hull...

I cant imagine any rational person would even consider the possibility of expulsion as being remotely proportonate if the internet didnt exist. It's a ridiculous world - madness of crowds etc. I know the rule came in after the 200k Leeds fine, but to go from that (and all the journalists that found it funny at the time), to being potentially expelled from a competition is a level of absurdity totally fitting of the age in which we live. This seems like a real test of due process, and a related assessment of materiality.

All set for another day of faux outrage and vomit inducing moralism from whoever has been lined up. This is fast becoming the footballing equivalent of the reaction to the death of princess Diana. The lows keep getting lower.

Ah! Sorry! Cant keep up with the level of insanity.

The line of fuckwits willing to come out and talk about expulsion is a little surprising - in that it cant only be explained by their own intellectual limitations surely? Jordan went from pissing himself laughing about it to thinking we should be in The Hague. They must be getting briefed from Gibson to whip it all up.

Agree...but I feel like I must be missing something here perhaps? When the story broke, wasn't it stated that the recording was deleted? I think most people agree that the behavior itself is wrong and constitutes a rule breach, but in respect of the materiality of that breach from a footballing perspective it had no impact by definition - on account of being erased? So an attempt to gain an advantage was made, but it was thwarted. I get why dummies in the media and boro mongs are ramping it up, but ultimately this had zero impact from a potential advantage perspective.

What a complete and utter shitfest.

Another, slightly better, ex manager on the latest 'Overlap'. Snarky little comment from Keane around 15.20? 'Did they train at Southampton?'...
  9. Feels a bit flat to have lost a chance at autos like that really. Everytime we got in the box we looked dangerous, but didnt do it anywhere near enough - playing with no width in the first half was a bit odd for a must win game.
  10. That linesman...wow, think he got every single one wrong in the second half. How can you be that fckin awful, unless you're crooked of course.
  11. Looked shite from the start, second to everything and so slow.
  12. Fair point. I am a miserable bastard. But that was horrible to watch without alcohol. Plus I'm old, and I was there when we lost to Tranmere 4-3, so loving the shithousery is lost on me.
  13. Disgusting second half...any need to be so fkin negative? Surely we could have got in behind at least a couple of times and kept possession better.
  14. Dogshit from Jander
  15. Azaz...jesus, what a weird player. There really is some shit in this division. If we didnt have SR, an so appointed a decent manager, then I dont think there would have been a better opportunity to win it.
  16. Not just because of the goal (as good as it was), but Charles looks a good player and someone to build a team around. Surely must start.
  17. I wonder if the school leaver will take his hands out of his pockets at some stage. We're as weak as piss, just like he is.
  18. Sounds like one for the FAB to pick up - perhaps in one of their 'sub-groups' relating to 'sustainability'. I think they should make the case for it becoming a regular feature of training, rather than something 'special'. Maybe under the banner of 'make set-piece training a set-piece of training'. That's what i would campaign on anyway, if they werent taking inspiration from the Labour Party and cancelling elections of course.
  19. Dreadful second half as usual - and against a glorified sunday league side. We will never improve with this manager.
  20. Hopefully we've hired a motivational speaker and Tonda has been locked out the dressing room.
  21. Drops two outlets...fucking weirdo this dude. But then again, he's a visionary young manager taking English football by storm, and i'm just a middle aged corporate wage slave.
  22. For once just keep it tight for the first 15 after the break, and then kill it off with another around 60 to 70. Nice and boring.
  23. I saw them twitching! Rasmus sticking pins in his voodoo doll and the back five duly followed - to cling on against Donny! Fucking useless.
  24. Should be sacked, but wont be. Total circus of a club. Someone lock this knobhead of a manager out of the changing room at Fratton.
