The 'manager in/out', 'like/dislike the new shirt' type polls that reach 1000+ votes are good indicators of supporter opinion. the forum posts themselves are very diverse, although you could try and segment certain types of poster over another, engage and tailor your communications to each segment respectively. Categories could include, overseas, ubers, installment planners, angry alpines, dbp, the muppet show etc

Blag a commercial mortgage and pay it back through some kind of '£400k p.a management fee' vehicle, i think the big boys call it a leveraged buyout, I see it as a slow motion burglary. In this league, an old ground like yours is a liability, not an asset.
