And yes, whilst it can be frustrating when he's reporting on your team, watching him struggle through simple reports and getting rinsed by Stelling and Le Tiss for mispronouncing the easiest of names can be pretty funny. So to answer your question 'why do they employ these people?' - because without them you might as well just watch Final Score on BBC 1. But I'd rather have a couple of laughs.
