I got Southampton promoted through the play offs in my first season, and then stayed up in the Premiership in my first season. I actually think it is for the benefit of us to have 31 interested parties. This should mean that the parties will now wish to propose a more lucrative offer than their opposition, meaning that the club will benefit greater. The more parties there are the more opposition, the better for us I say

Actually very depressing........ hopefully we will still be able to add to those memories by the end of the season.

Tbh I would rather put money into the club and get nothing in return, just to see it survive and know that I have done my part in keeping the club I love survive. Surely everybody who truly loves SFC feels the same?

Superb idea, now we really need somebody (or a few people) to step forward and head the whole consortium. The best person to lead this would be a highly respected figure who we could trust to set up say an account for us to deposit all our money (obviously this is just for starters). Originally I was thinking maybe run the club like MyFootballClub have, however I think it would be best if we were just the board and shareholders.

Yes I have been to many games this season and watched him play. The main thing that people dislike about him is his attitude, where most of the time he looks like he doesn't give a s***. I remember the game against Doncaster well when he was clean through on goal and he actually kicked the turf instead of the ball......... interesting how you can still say he is very talented when the idea of football is for your foot to kick the ball? That's for anybody who knows anything about football. I don't care if he is looking like the best footballer in the world on the training ground, if he can't reproduce it on the pitch (like he has failed to do most games) then he doesn't deserve to keep his place. I'm guessing this why coaches call him talented as they are just talking about training........ if they are talking about the matches he has played in then quite honestly they don't deserve to be in the professional job of a coach.

At half time would have a taken a point. Only problem is that goal by McGoldrick has just sealed the next part of his contract which says he has to play every game for the next two years.
