Lol!! I was looking at TMS and thought it was playing up, but no he's out. Can't really fault him after yesterday, but such a typically English thing to do.

Prior really needs to score alot of runs in the second innings or he should be dropped. Bopara has proven to me that he is Vaughan. A few good shots then is out, the difference is Vaughan was like this towards the end of his career, and actually had a very good record against the Aussies. Flintoff unfortunately has offered nothing in this series, it's clear that he's past it and I'm glad he's retired in tests as I really don't believe he is a good enough test player anymore. Collingwood can just about be excused after this innings in Cardiff. KP had a good ball, but he needs runs in the second innings, his First Innings in Cardiff he got a good site and just threw his wicket away. The bowlers have yet to have a chance yet, but Broad needs wickets and so do Flintoff and Swann.

Great appointment IMO. He knows how to get out of this divison, knows how to get out of the CCC and has Premier League experience. I reckon next season we could really push for automatics under this type of manager.

Well usually when you get 400 you are pretty safe, it's just we are playing Australia and our bowling seems pretty unformidable. However I expect Onions to do well.

Got to try and make at least 400, but we saw what happened last time when we did that.

I used to find the Echo was often nearly always right with their facts and stories, but like I said they have been getting worse. Unfortunately at the end of the day they are a business, and in order to keep their business running they need new and interesting stories.

I have lost alot of faith in the Echo over the whole takeover period. They have come out with absolute bulls*** half the time.

I always worry with England though we say players are 100% fit when they are not, then usually find out later that they were only just fit enough to play.
