The board need to be held accountable. Start by firing Rasmus, and hiring a proper DOF. Enough of the stepping stone mentality. We need to recruit people who actually want to be here. We've had DOF's jump ship, players jump ship, scouts jump ship, staff jump ship. Our recruitment is all wrong. When we drop, I want us to look back at how we recruited under AP and NA. Sign your rivals best players and sign a bunch of captains. Don't go all moneyball. Don't go abroad. Go for the best players in the league you're trying to get out of. We are an absolute joke at the moment.

Guarantee that it's the first thing the new manager will mention. It's been pass pass pass for so long. No running. Training must have been literally a walk in the park. You can see tonight how much fitter Liverpool are. And then there's a one man press where the surrounding players stand and watch...

A good manager in any walk of life will do that. He is representing the players, the staff, the fans. Start putting those people before yourself and your principles. For a stats led club, i'm shocked that they haven't sat him down and presented him with the problem (a mirror). There is nothing wrong with ditching the messing around at the back and just trying to stay in the league for a season (See T. Frank at Brentford) - I think we would all accept that. If we manage to stay up (and i think its too late) we could then spread £120m over 4 quality players instead of on 10 or however many we had to in the summer...then we would have better players to try and play out from the back. We are the laughing stock of the league. Fans have been conditioned to a losing mentality. Have we just settled for that?

Away in a manager?

Let the players play. A manager shouting on the sidelines at you is so annoying. Esp when you were a better player than them.

Fair play to RM. Tactics spot on and managed the game well with the correct subs. VAR is BS. Next game without Downes, THB and Dibling will be crazy. That's the spine of our team gone.

Unfortunately we cant afford it. £14m to sack inc coaches. Takes us to the brink of FFP disaster. If we get a fee for a few players in Jan, we could do it then...but by then it will be too late. Hoping for a Xmas miracle. At least we know the situation. Strap in lads. Get the nuns out.
