Gibson basically has the EFL in his pocket, and because of this we were probably always likely to face expulsion once he’d got his claws into this case, but the fact we made it as piss easy for them as possible I expect even shocked them at how easy it was to throw the book at us with no comeback or reasonable defence or cross examining. I think we all know we fucked up, and we have a clueless weak hierarchy who got owned by Boro and Gibson. We also all know that we probably spied on every team we possibly could, where it was logistically possible. I have unfortunately heard this too from someone I know who works close to the club.

When you add to all the other catastrophic failures and embarrassments we’ve had to endure under these owners, I can’t see in what world they should remain in charge of this club without some pretty fierce backlash. At the start of this season with the Will Still fuck up, most of us had had enough of them. Add to that being kicked out of the play offs in disgrace for something absolutely ridiculous as this, followed by defending the allegations as badly as we possibly could - I’m struggling to continue to get behind this club while these idiots continue to make us a nationwide and even global laughing stock. Yep, him and the club got absolutely owned throughout this entire process by Gibson and Boro . The silence we assumed was controlled assurance of the situation, was in fact total incompetence and cluelessness at how to diffuse it
