Give the little ****er a slap, HTH ;-)

My brother hasn't started going again yet, I think he's waiting for the Premier League. I'm always giving him stick about being a JCL, I think I've been to more games than him in the last six years and I live a bit further away than him.

This is the Saints web forum, what else do you expect ))

That was it, I think they had 2,500 there out of a crowd of about 6-7000, , They seemed a good bunch of blokes to me, mind you being an unemployed teenager and getting free beer from a load of jocks ,what do you expect?

Public Sector Pensions - Today's Times
Fuengirola Saint replied to JackanorySFC's topic in The Lounge
No, the reason the Private sector don't strike is because they are too busy moaning about what public sector workers fought for and got through solidarity and too busy stitching each other up! -

That's the one, always getting battered by Applemore in the late 70's early 80's -
That happened to me, i went to the cashpoint and was sure i put in the equivalent of 20 quid but got 200 quids worth instead That was about 7 million, luckily it was in the hotel and i ended up as an impromptu Bureaux de Change and got rid of it all for pounds, dollars and Euros, i think i actually made a bit :-)

I think you're getting your years mixed up, the incident in the Warrens happened on the day of the Salisbury v Millwall FA cup game if my memory serves me well

Left wing media? Could you please tell me where it is please? -
1, I didn't start the thread 2, Can you please enlighten me as to where i have moaned about the thread not existing and then arguing why it shouldn't? Please explain your reply, seeing as you're a moderator. Were you in the throes of picking your jester hat for Plymouth, but happened to chance upon my post? ;-)
-
Ah, but they won't stay away will they? They'll swarm onto the thread saying "oooh look at those nasty men glorifying violence, i shouldn't have to read stuff like that" That's the problem with this board, some are more interested in choosing which jester hat or facepaint to wear to Plymouth than a very interesting and insightful trip down Southampton's and Saint's memory lane. NB: Any jester hat wearers or face painters feel the the need to reply to this post, go ahead but i won't be answering, only got 3 posts and i'm not going to waste them on you little herberts. Many Thanks

Did you notice that someone has trolled the comments section, leaving a message in the name of the dead boy. The Mail really is a haven for the retarded. ( that isn't trolling i really believe that )

I'm in partial agreement with you, i don't think Dune is right wing at all, i reckon he is a leftie but has created this Right wing persona to make right wingers appear stupid.

Britain moves a step closer to a corporate dictatorship
Fuengirola Saint replied to Sheaf Saint's topic in The Lounge
If you can see the folly in these proposals why can't the government? I'll tell you why, it's because the millionaire trust fund Bullingdon Boys in the present government cannot see beyond their own snouts in the trough and helping their friends out in the city. It is in my eyes the rape of this country for the enrichment of a few. As somebody said either here or in a newspaper " The rich are pillaging now for all it's worth because the way it's going there will be nothing left in 10.20 years " If we have to have this race to the bottom to placate the multinational corporations then lets have a lower tax rate rather than these proposals, but you do know in 5 yrs for example they'll come back asking for more so we'll have to cut more social programs to pay for it. It's a ****ing scandal and i really hope the docile population of the west wakes up very soon for their own sakes. Rant over -
Britain moves a step closer to a corporate dictatorship
Fuengirola Saint replied to Sheaf Saint's topic in The Lounge
Could one of our Tory friends answer the OP's point that these companies can now outsource their work and then not be liable for uk tax, whereas now they would be liable for whatever they haven't paid in their new country up to 28%. Can somebody explain how this is good for the UK? Remember they had a base here( this being a made up example to highlight the issue ) employing people and being liable for 28% corporation tax, now they have closed their British operation and the loss of jobs that entails. -
Cameron - "Multiculturalism has failed"
Fuengirola Saint replied to SuperMikey's topic in The Lounge
Not me mate, i lived in Fuengirola for a few years but it done my head in. All the expats refusing to learn a single word of Spanish so i moved to Málaga where you have to speak Spanish to survive and i think you get so much more out of living in another country if you can speak the language. I am on the left of the political spectrum as a few posters on here will testify but i do think that if anyone wants to live in Britain or any other country for that matter, the least they can do is learn the lingo. -
You're probably right, but it's so frustrating watching when you know it's going to happen( the late equaliser ) I was watching with some Spanish friends and they just couldn't understand why i don't support Man Utd or Chelsea saying i must like suffering supporting the Saints.

This, we are in division 3 for gods sake, how ****ing hard is it to keep the ****ing ball?

I completely agree re PFI, all PFI is right wing Tory policy put in place by a Labour government, i dare-say there are Tories that might even baulk at PFI. The problem was that GB was trying to please neo liberal markets whilst improving the infrastructure of the country. ( By god did it need improving after many years of neglect ) I just don't see how anyone can think that PFI e.g paying 200 million for a school that costs 50 million is a good idea. The only reason it was put in place was so the expenditure on schools, hospitals etc wouldn't show on the public sector borrowing requirement thus pleasing the right wing EU agenda
