Tosser. I can't stand what SR have done to my club but this was a comment about a new assistant who I think will have little impact either way as the problems are far far bigger. As for SR I am not sure what us fans can do to get rid of them, I don't know any billionaires to tap up and that's what you need in this day and age. I am and have been for years a season ticket holder and make my views known at games but again it's hard to know what we can do unless we get lucky and get new good owners who knows where we could end up.

Who knows, personally never heard of him but we had a well known assistant with still. Maybe just maybe their personalities will work together and quietly behind the scenes he will do the job needed but I certainly won't be losing it over another assistant.

Don't think we can forget the players missing, add in the two right backs, Charles and Stewart and the bench options look a lot lot better.

I thought that the three center halves did well yesterday and dealt with most balls into the box quite well. Never liked three at the back but we are winning and if you change that the only way you get three central midfielders would probably mean sacrificing one of our main attacking threats.

I play golf with an ex pro and he always tells me that you cannot buy or train confidence. So with that in mind I am not sure what people expect after four wins in over a year sadly wins are going to be scratchy but hopefully as confidence builds we can improve.

I take some of your points and of course the players must take a lot of the blame, but as well as not scoring we continue to concede stupid goals and have the mentality of a jellyfish. Probably the worse thing for us is taking the lead, we just then fall apart. So what part of that is the manager responsible for if not attack, defence or mentality? Also I get the arguement about not changing and a manager needs time to learn and grow but had anyone seen any evidence that he is learning, I think he is getting worse. Finally I think the problems are higher up but realistically we can't change that or the players so the only realistic change is the manager.

Think we need to give home some time, he is young and in the last month has moved club, and country he needs time to settle in and adjust. Two bad misses for sure but at least he was in the right positions.
