Dragan has made some serious changes at SR board level, I didn’t realise Kraft had been jettisoned not only from SFC but SR as well, Spors has come in, new SR board members aligned to Dragan. Hopefully Rasmus has been told to focus on Goztepe operationally. Where they need to go further still is bringing in a good, proven UK football CEO who can run things day to day and provide close counsel to the new manager. And that’s not Mark Bitcon. Even if SR make a rare sensible decision and hire Steve Cooper, they still need that. A firm hand might have steered/dragged Russell Martin away from the rocks with a first warning after the Brentford game so that the later debacles didn’t happen eg adapt your style again or the board will act very swiftly in the interests of the club. Not sure where Darren Mowbray will fit into the equation.
