Things that are racist? I would surmise that anyone who disagrees with a SOG post would be classed as a racist.

So, before our game with Leicester on 23rd April, here are all the fixtures for all top 4 clubs. Personally I think the Preston game being put in the middle of April was bad and against us. Note that Leicester have only 6 games while Leeds and Ipswich have 7. It's almost as if the EFL like Leicester. Anyway, I am trying to predict these very honestly but also with a tinge of positivity toward Saints games. Why not. Might as well look on the brightest side we can think of. Leicester Bristol City v Leicester City 1 Leicester City v Norwich City 1 Leicester City v Birmingham City 3 Millwall v Leicester City 3 Plymouth Argyle v Leicester City 3 Leicester City v West Bromwich Albion 1 Points total now 94 Leeds Utd. Leeds United v Millwall 3 Watford v Leeds United 3 Leeds United v Hull City 1 Coventry City v Leeds United 1 Leeds United v Sunderland 3 Leeds United v Blackburn Rovers 3 Middlesbrough v Leeds United 1 Points total now 94 Ipswich Town Ipswich Town v Sheffield Wednesday 3 Blackburn Rovers v Ipswich Town 1 Ipswich Town v Southampton 1 Norwich City v Ipswich Town 0 Ipswich Town v Watford 3 Ipswich Town v Middlesbrough 1 Coventry City v Ipswich Town 1 Points total now 88 Saints Southampton v Middlesbrough 3 Ipswich Town v Southampton 1 Blackburn Rovers v Southampton 3 Southampton v Coventry City 3 Southampton v Watford 3 Southampton v Preston 3 Cardiff City v Southampton 1 Points total now 90 Last 3 games, we can only really be fairly sure of 3 points. I guess we have to beat Ipswich and Cardiff, then we will have 94 points, same as the top two. Can admin move this to the Saints board for me, sorry i put it in the wrong section.

Conspiracy? Surely not.

Been thinking similar. Why can it not be played any of the upcoming midweeks?

A must win game for sure for me. And as has been said many times above, we need to get back to clean sheets and tighten up. PNE are not bad away from home and have been on good form of late. One of the key things for me this season is form....yes we went 25 unbeaten but a lot of those were draws, where as Leeds WON 9 on the trot and IPSWICH 5 so far. This is the kind of run we need, starting last Saturday and on for the next three. Four wins on the trot and nothing less will do if we want to be top 2.

Birmingham City 3-4 Saints - Match Thread

I would have to wait and see the line up to predict this. With no Downes and KWP we could be in real trouble. I think we will draw this one as we are going into a bit of a slump for 6 - 8 games I reckon. -

Thanks for reminding me why I decided not to wake up and watch it. -
Does this increase the capacity at all? I mean, even though it is safe standing, surely you can still get more people in a terrace than on seats?

I predict the cup draw will see us/Liv play Leicester. -
It will be a Saints vs WBA final.

I truly believe our recent slump is down to FA cup games and tinkering, ruining the continuity of the team and messing up the rhythm etc. I also think their minds have been on this 'Big Stage' game and a chance to put themselves in the shop window to be signed up by some EPL team in the summer. -
On this (yester)day 1975 we lost at home to Bolton 0-1 in the old second division.

Definitely Highbury 84 for me, but as a lesser known game, December 1981 I think it was, home to Brighton. If we had won we would go top for the first time ever. We lost 0-2. I was 13 years old and gutted to fook. I'd never seen us top. Didn't have to wait long though as we went top in January 1982 due to so many other games being called off for snow. After Highbury 84 i pretty much quit school. It messed me up so bad I could not be bothered to go back.

Just had a glance at the remaining games for all top 4 sides and came up with this final table Leicester 109 Leeds 106 Ipswich 94 Saints 92

Hull give every team a blueprint to beat us?
east-stand-nic replied to Daft Kerplunk's topic in The Saints
We have to stop with this bad day at the office stuff. Some people say it every time we lose. No excuses. Wrong selection and tactics rumbled by Hull. Outplayed and outsmarted and why we are nailed on for the play offs. Sure Leeds and Ipswich will lose some between now and seasons end, but so will we and we have the toughest run it. We will finish 4th I suspect. From there I have no idea what will happen as play off games are like cup games, it is who plays on the day. One 'Bad Day at the Office' and out we go. -
More points dropped here in a 2-2 Draw. Play offs are coming 100% nailed on.

The evidence is the hearing and questions posed in the interview. Just goes to show you can never tell from the host. Watch the content!

Lots of If's, But's and Maybe's here but, should Leeds win, us and Ipswich win BOTH our games this week, then table will look like this (GD guess) # Team Pl W D L F A GD Pts 1 Leicester City 34 25 3 6 70 28 42 78 2 Southampton 34 22 7 5 67 39 28 73 3 Leeds United 34 22 6 6 63 27 36 72 4 Ipswich Town 34 21 9 4 65 42 23 72 Surely we all wants Leeds to win? This would be well exciting and also, keep us in control of our own destiny and still give us a chance to win the league.

Good side Hull and one I tipped for the play offs at the start of the season. They have suffered from inconsistency, but seem to be getting it together a bit more. Their away record is pretty good with 8 wins already, only one less than us. But you can see the inconsistency by the fact they lose almost as many and draw very few. Unthinkable that we do not win this one so I don't feel like many any predictions as with Bristol City, we have seen what can happen if we drop the ball and the other team are up for it. Hull's away form. 16 8 2 6 24 25 -1 I actually think we will scrape a win on this one (sod it I'll stick my neck out) by an odd goal, maybe a tight 2-1. Have to win, absolutely have to.

But it's OK for you to label anyone who disagrees with labour polices a right wing Nazi, fascist, Tommy Robinson supporter?

If anything is debunked by a government, it means the story is true and they are lying to cover it up.
-
Absolutely certain we will lose this, likely similar to last night 3-1. We have done a lot better than my pre-season prediction of finishing 9th but we will be in the play offs for sure. No idea from there if we win it. We should if on form and play to our best, but the play offs are a lottery.

I figure RM will make a few changes as we have two tough games in a few days of each other. I hope this does not disrupt the flow of the passing and moving system. I would take a draw from this one, though that said, they are not great at home. It really does rest on RM to get the mix/balance right with the changes he makes. For me...
