It was a joke mate, and to be fair I have to agree that Russell Brand's new show on Channel 4 wasn't very funny. Made me very horny though.

I don't disagree that considering the turnover of staff and starting to play in a new way will take time to gel - in fact I've made that point over and over - the issue I have is that he doesn't seem to learn from mistakes, most importantly setup wise. Until we are comfortable with passing out from the back, we need an extra player and point of release dropped back from midfield.

If you'd have suggested Tony Mowbray in the Summer you'd have been laughed off the forum. The issue is, as fans, we're as fucking clueless as the owners, as most of the suggestions were fucking shit. I know we're not paid to find managers yadda blah blah, but I think as fans we've also thought in the past that we know better than the owners. I think one of the biggest frustrations as fans, and after seeing Martin seemingly going tits up, is that as fans we are also all out of ideas. There is no easy fix, and that's scary. We've had 4 managers in the last year, and they've all been fucking shit. What's to say if we brought in a new Manager it wouldn't be the same. I think it probably would personally. Something is properly broken at the club.

We have no defensive mid, so we're constantly outnumbered when we lose the ball. That is on Martin and lineup - it's a simple fix.

Genuinely think there is 1 thing that could solve this, and that's to play a proper CB and move Shea to defensive mid. We need a Romeu style player to create the balance.

If it doesn't start working he'll be sacked before we get used to it.

Unfortunately I think he was vastly under-estimated how shit our defence and Goalkeeper is. Unless we have a proper DM, we cannot play the way he wants us to play.

Clearly yesterday's game was not how Martin wanted us to play, so why is everyone saying there were tactical issues. Can people actually work out how RM did want us to play? In addition to this, why is everyone so bothered about being promoted? The Premier League is a big bunch of shit. I lost complete interest in us in the Prem - we can't and never will be able to compete - FFP has screwed it for all non big 6 clubs. Why don't we just enjoy winning some and losing some? It won't for long as the world is so utterly fucked that soon enough football really won't matter anyway.

This league is fucking mental though. Leicester losing at home to Hull Norwich losing away at Rotherham Leeds drawing at home to Sheff Wed Boro losing at home to QPR Plymouth hammering Blackburn

I'm going to give RM a pass on this one. We have had such massive upheaval, the team has had no chance to get used to playing with one another. I think people really under-estimate squad cohesion as something that is massively important - especially in the spine of the team. We need a settled few weeks to get it together, and tbh the next few weeks is probably a decent time as we're playing decent teams that we may have struggled to get results from anyway. The way you get promoted in this league is beating up on the shite.
