No, it's like buying a player and loaning him to anyone - we own the player rights and I would presume that Goztepe are either paying some wages or none at all. I don't see why it really matters. It's been done for years and years by Chelsea and Man City etc through teams like Vitesse in the Dutch League. It's a good way to get playing time in a better league and develop players as well as gaining rights to play etc.

Happy with that - looks decent enough - nothing groundbreaking but think he will do well.

Tbf we played Edozie a lot last season and before injury he was good. Simeu was low cost, Larios fucked himself injury wise and may go the way of Sam McQ, and obviously we're not going to write off Shea at 20 years old are we?
