  5. Maybe a flash player update required? Have you got latest browser update? Sorry for mentioning the obvious if you have all this sorted already. I understand the woes of trying to get this up and running - I had the same earlier on in the week. I sent a good few emails to the old service and the new and found both support very helpful - in the end. It now works seemlessly and I think its far better than SaintsTV. It looks more professional and works more professionally. I suggest those still having login problems try their existing SaintsTV login user name and the word "password" as the password. I think the new providers have reset the passwords. Mine worked this way. The other snag I had was my email address was my username - my email address is crazy long and wouldn't fit in the username login form... they changed this too so that it would. Just my experiences... maybe of use.
  6. Confused by all these price plans... two month trial periods etc etc. My account was debited £25 mid July for an annual subscription to SaintsTV. Lord only knows if any more will be taken.
  7. hmm... the only way my subscription ended last season (£2.99 a month) was because my debit card expired and therefore they couldn't collect any more. the new player does look and feel a lot more professional - only time will tell how much I use it I guess. I did have a look through the account section and there does seem to be a section for "unsubscribing" - maybe you could end the contract that way? Oh and the new player will work just fine - I'm using Google Chrome without issue as it's all flash embedded I think.

  9. Well that makes me feel a little more hopeful - cheers. Unlike you I paid for an annual subscription - not that that should make a difference. Will await the latest replies from both new and old services with interest.
  10. I'm having a nightmare with this new service. Only re-subscribed in July to the "old" service (saintsTV) and this seems to of royally screwed things up! Countless emails to the old provider and the new lot but to no avail. Out of pocket as I can't access the new service - they are saying I need to re-subscribe to the new player. Very frustrating - anyone else having issues? I've received no official comunication other than the responses to my questions. I had to work out my own password so they know my account from the old saintsTV. Hmmm
