Ryan Bertrand is a first team starter for sure and Saphir Taider will almost certainly be there or there abouts. There's also a good chance on current form we'll end up with more loans in before the end of the transfer window. The option to buy means **** all if they end up like a huge chunk of our 2013 squad and not wanting to have any part in the 2014 version of Southampton Football Club........I wouldn't work for a bunch of idiots and wouldn't expect anyone else too.

That would suggest there actually was a orderly 'decision making process' in the first place......The events over the last six months with this bunch of naive fools at the helm would suggest anything but. Luckily it seems Ronald Koeman is at least starting fill some of leadership vacuum from Cortese's departure......Although would much rather have seen him take over as Director of football where he could have far more influence and control in the Board and a Bielsa type coach such as Jorge Sampaoli take over the first team coaching.

Well 'Southampton Football Club' as we know it, is actually split into 9 separate companies, 2 of which, specifically involve Staplewood...There is absolutely nothing to prevent Big Kat from selling any of those companies independently and it's perfectly feasible for her to flog off, or franchise the Academy as a separate entity, with the football club receiving no benefit at all.

Blackmores probing revealed a few possible contradictions from the other interviews....but the biggest thing for me was there is no real plan and no real target in place....More a case of 'flying by the seat of the pants' and 'suck it see'....which has clearly the way things have been since this board took over. I really do believe our future lies well and truly in the hands of Ronald Koeman and his ability to override the dysfunctionality of our Board of Directors.....
