First away game was at Highbury around 1983,I was at the infamous Glen Cockerill /Paul Davies match, but dont think that was my first away game. Went back for '84 semi-final against Everton.Been a season ticket holder for around 20 years.Used to go to 10 plus away games a season upto the year 2000,now probably only go to 3-4, due to family committments, pleased to say both my children (11& are die hard Saints' fans and also Season Ticket Holders.

I now know why people leave the board,and why i rarely post anything as arguing semantics seems more appealing than debating the more saints related footballing points, to a lot of people on here.Iam still surpised we have failed to strengthen ,further (if that makes you happy) the CB position. Two new players in this window, two players out by my counting system( i apprecaite not by yours ). i will know by the time i wake up Wenesday morning whether NC/NA have the same point of view as me with regard to the need to add more players to the squad.

Personally for me i don't think we haven strengthened enough.I think we need another centreback ASAP even if its just a one month loan.One match fit centreback at The Club is ok for Saturday i guess but if Jose isnt ready for in the next 7 days we could be exposed.Jos came in on loan before The Seaborne incident, so i have been suprised that we havent added another CB since then.

Personally i think it is all a bit strange if he isnt over here yet.If he is here, i wish the club would confirm the signing. Adkins said after The coventry game he had expected to have him involved for Leicester, although the The Forest Match would probably be too soon, or words to that effect. Ive never seen such rubbish about all the hassle of moving, the club take care of everything as far as his relocation in The Uk is concerned and a few loose ends at home is hardly the end of the world on the basis the season ends in just over 3 months and he'll then have all summer to sort out his gas bill.

I sit in line with the 18 yard box in The Kingsland, i thought he was off-side,as soon as the cross went in i looked and the flag went up, was surpised that i was the only one not celebrating the goal. It was tight and he may well have been on, but the flag wasnt late.
