I still have serious doubts that this playing style is getting the best out of this squad. Based on the season so far our players are more than a match for Ipswich, Leicester, Everton etc. so we can compete if we stop giving away ridiculous goals. We were very poor again for a large portion of that game. But the winning feeling is so good, who cares. Ramsdale is a sensation. Can’t believe he’s ours. What a keeper.

Credit where credit’s due, the club have actually managed to get 3 or 4 of the worst wingers I’ve ever seen into one squad, at the same time. You could go down to a random sports field in Southampton on a Saturday/Sunday, pick out any random player, and they honestly couldn’t be worse than this lad, BBD and Sulemana. Absolutely shite

Then subs them off and sticks new players anywhere. How will the players learn to play with each other with his buffoonery going on? I disagree. I think the reason people are more pissed off now is because we have actually spent enough money that we should be competitive. Back then, we really had no right to stay up. All we had was grit and heart. Instead we have spent it badly. And we have zero grit and heart, just an insane manager playing suicidal football.
