I think that MoPo has been found out. However I still believe that our fortunes will change when Big Vic/ Boruc is fit. What is clear from the last 9 games is that we lack a goal threat and our final 3rd play is terrible.

How ever you wrap it up both Jos and Fox were terrible yesterday and had a contributing factor in all 3 goals! They are not good enough at this level and should be no where near the team!

I'm all for giving the youngsters a go, but today showed that our squad is weak. You only have to look at our bench to see that. I do think that our first 11 can and will compete with the best in this league but we need a large investment again to get us into the European places.

Did we score today? Yes! Did we win today? Yes! We are playing in the toughest league in the world, we are not going to score 3,4,5 goals against the opposition. I do agree that it is a little worrying that we haven't scored from open play, but every goal counts whether from a corner or a 40 yard pile driver! You don't get extra points from scoring from open play, just enjoy the win and stop whinging! This is a game we would have lost last year.

Some people on here are never happy! We've just gone away to the team on top of the pile and won!

I don't know how people can say Lambert was rubbish? He nearly scored in the first half with a trade mark header and then hit a great shot in the second which produced a good save from the keeper. He was a menace all afternoon for the Sunderland defence, just because he didn't score doesn't mean he was Rubbish!

Cortese = Legend! If other teams want our players/ academy graduates then they are going to have to pay the price!
