  1. This is going the same way as Mad Nathan’s tenure at Stoke. The difference is it took 34 games for our board to realise his bungling incompetence with us anchored at the bottom of the championship with 8 points after 15 games. Really hope your board see their error and get rid of him. He’s showing again that he really is a footballing charlatan.
  2. No he didn’t that was the domain of Rowett our previous manager who also criticised one of the fans favourites in the same sentence. He was shown the door very quickly as the fans turned on him. Stoke fans were quite gentle with Mad Nathan at first as we were mainly drawing games. Next season we were firmly anchored at the bottom of championship with no wins in first 11 games after he had spent heavily in the summer window and the fans, like you, questioned his tactical and man management ability. He was always quick to blame others for his failures but the occasional success would see him standing by the bench beating his own chest with his fists as if taking the accolade. Quite a bizarre man and now he’s turned on your fans and publicly singled out players, there’s only going to be one outcome and hopefully, for you guys, that happens soon. But he will also be a winner financially as he gets yet another payoff on his contract.
  3. Feel very sorry for you guys you don’t deserve Jones. It’s a repeat of his tenure at Stoke where he tried his "fabulous" diamond system but didn’t have the players to utilise it. He left us at the bottom of league 1 after 15 games of his 2nd season. As time goes on he will start to get panicked and make even more bizarre decisions. The bloke seems out of his depth anywhere but Luton where he will end up again.
  4. It took 36 games and just 6 wins for the Stoke board to sack him. He literally didn’t have a clue how to manage the players and it was very obvious they wouldn’t play for him.
  5. Having endured Mad Nathan at Stoke for 34 games was really surprised that he got the Head Coach job at your great club. All I can say is that he was way out of his depth, lost the dressing-room early on in his tenure and signed a bunch of players in the only window he had that, quite frankly, were mostly league 1 standard at best. Nick Powell being the only exception. His diamond formation was lost on most fans and his insistence on continuing with it would have relegated us to league 1 had he not been sacked. 34 games, 5 wins was relegation form for sure. Hope he turns it round for you but can’t see it even this early.
