  1. They won't get much sympathy from this guy then; Hartlepool United chairman Ken Hodcroft has said sentiment should not prevent clubs suffering from financial hardship from folding. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/16701603.stm
  2. You would think so, but I don't hold out any hope of it happening. Everybody seems frightened of 'plucky little pompey'
  3. @TonyHusbandTV Tony Husband #pompey also outlined that UHY Hacker Young own CSI's share in club. So #pompey not in administration but ultimately owned by administrators How did they get away with this and keep it under the radar?
  4. So, did NC tie all this up before he went to Cyprus, or during the lunch break while over there. Or, is it all ******.
  5. If they go into admin, won't they get a further points penalty because they have been in admin before? Or is that just wishful thinking on my part
  6. Here's the Times view of it here; Team-by-team guide to Coca-Cola League One http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/football_league/article6736752.ece Predicts us to finish 15th.
  7. Confirmation from the football league on the Echo site http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/saints/news/4481773.No_more_points_deductions_for_Saints/
  8. As long as there is a club at the end of the week, I don't think I really care who it is. We don't know enough about either of them do we.
  9. I hope your right, but what do we know about them, and what are their intentions?
  10. You were doing so well until you got to this bit
  11. Won't get fooled again! The Who.
  12. I was wondering that as well. cricinfo has got us on 18pts, so hopefully it's just a **** up. http://content.cricinfo.com/countycricket2009/engine/series/382410.html?view=pointstable
  13. Kenneth Tao was in an audience of several hundred watching the event in a central Amsterdam night-club. "I didn't see anything which I thought was erotic. It was gymnastic," he said. "I was watching their choreography in particular." Yeah right!!
  14. I think Skacel is still injured after the ressies game. According to the Echo site, James and Holmes are a doubt. I can't see him changing much else. I would think he'll stick with Mcgoldrick.
  15. Why should it matter? I couldn't care less who's cronie he is as long as he continues to do the job the way he has started.
  16. I think it's a wake-up call to the likes of BWP, Dyer and John, and the other older so-called stars. You only get in the team if you show you want it enough.
  17. At least he only has 3 posts a day;)

Sorry Robbie, I can't agree with you. Out of those 27000 views, about 26000 are you desparately hoping that your hated Rupert has gone;).
  19. I think GB was only hoping for the play-offs. This guy is aiming for them:)
  20. I'm liking this guy more and more. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/?page_id=10490 "We're aiming for the play-offs. As a coach it's important to have a goal to aim for. To motivate players it's no good just aspiring to not get relegated.
  21. 10,000 euro fine. Wow, that's really going to hurt his pocket:rolleyes: Bit like fining one of us 5p isn't it.
  22. After seeing the attendance on saturday, they probably thought it wasn't worth opening late
  23. Obviously flattered when a top flight club came in. Yeah right:rolleyes:
  24. If Skacel doesn't want to be here, then he's got to seriously think about his wage demands. Ipswich and Hertha, both appeared to want him but aren't prepared to match his wages. Over to you Rudi.
  25. On the one hand, it'll be good if they stay and are integrated into the team. On the other hand, we'll still be paying two high earners which we really could do with shifting. Don't be surprised if both are loaned out on the final day of the window, just to get them off the wage bill.
