WTF is RULE 1. Ive seen it mentioned on here loads and just though it was some special code for internet mongs on this forum. Now that its been levelled at me, I could do with an explanation... Uninstall Norton (using add / remove programs) whilst in "Safe Mode" To get your PC to start in safemode....
