It was a great save at the end, but "shot-stopping" should be the most basic quality a keeper has, thats like saying a defender is good at kicking a ball, or a striker is good at shooting. Alex Smithies ?
4. The bloke cracks me up. At least someone is prepared to tell the football authorities how it is. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/9116212.stm

16. Mallory is famously quoted as having replied to the question "Why do you want to climb Mount Everest?" with the retort: "Because it's there", which has been called "the most famous three words in mountaineering". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Mallory
17. "The Climb" by Anatoli Boukreev is another good book to read. Gives a different perspective on the 1996 events. Boukreev got a lot of stick in "Into Thin Air" and felt he needed to get his side of the story out there.
18. "The male walker was hit at the junction of Onslow Road in Bevois Valley by a VW Passat at about 5pm. He was taken by ambulance to Southampton General with injuries that were not thought to be life threatening." http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/8443151.Traffic_chaos_after_cyclist_and_pedestrian_accident/ Hope both are on the mend.
19. I dont consider Berghaus to be chavvy either. Its origins are in outdoor clothing (and very good quality at that), it all went wrong for them (or right from a commercial point of view) when this happened... Liam Gallagher wearing a Berghaus at Glastonbury c.1996, forced the brand into the main stream. Most of the people you see wearing one have probably never seen a tree, let alone climb a mountain etc...
20. Ive generally got them from car boot's and 2nd hand shops, there was a 2nd hand book shop just off soton high street a few years ago that used to have quite a few. I pay anything from about 50p to £20 / £30. Funnily enough, my prized atlas, which was printed in 1899, cost 50p from Bursledon car boot !!! Its worth considerably more !!
21. Cant believe no one has mentioned Butterfield. Consistantly solid at RB, played every game.
22. I think so too, I got them out a few years back and found that I have 3 of the "Last 17", could be worth quite a bit now. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/i.html?_nkw=star+wars+last+17&_sacat=0&_dmpt=UK_ToysGames_ActionFigures_ActionFigures_JN&_odkw=yak+face&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313
