Highly unlikely but I can’t but think that Ralph is just biding his time and waiting / wanting the bullet. He proclaimed his desire to retire in 18 months. He doesn’t look like he is enjoying at the moment and I reckon we are negotiating to get him to early retire for a sum of money less than he would be contractually entitled too. this would also explain the leaks. The leaks would be pressure to resign as such.

Me too. I think it was captured perfectly at several stages Saturday with our centre halves passing it sideways and backwards to each other far too many times. They had no midfielder dropping deep and no runners to aim at. It ended up with it being kicked out or back to the keeper who leathered it as far as he could. this shouldn’t be happening with a manager of four years I personally think RH is waiting to be sacked and the pay of, then on to a a new challenge. The delay in SR doing anything about this reminds me of our attempt to get a striker for the 6 weeks of the transfer window. They are leaving it too late

This sums it up perfectly. Ralph as Saints manager has quite simply run its course. His original way of playing was not suitable or sustainable in this league but it made us about a 16th or 17th placed team. Now he has compromised those original beliefs and we are a 20th placed team. we need reinventing and pretty soon .

I’m honestly tempted to not go until he is gone. I’ve watched so many losses in the last 9 months both home and away. I have seen nothing that sign posts we are improving. No system, no structure and certainly the players aren’t getting better. In fact, they are arguably getting worse. it’s not our players. Does anyone really believe Brighton or Fulham have better players than us. he has had a good run. It quite simply needs freshening up. It’s stale. he should resign

This is a simple one for me. If he picks Moi and Diallo over Aribo and AMN and we lose or even play poorly then he has to go. if he or SR lose the fans totally then it won’t be long. I’m no statto but our form the last 30 league games has been just about the worst it can get.

I get this theory for clubs a la Watford who consistently change but he is the third longest serving behind Pep and Klopp. The definition of insanity is making the same mistakes again and again. This is what it feels like to me under Ralph.

Plus he picks Moi because he is good off the ball but doesn’t pick AMN because even though in Ralph’s words ‘he is good on the ball’, he hasn’t got Ralph’s way of how to be when he hasn’t got the ball. how about picking players that have talent when they are on the ball maybe ?

Three wins in twenty seven should not be acceptable at all. he should be let go purely based on Salisu’s throw ins. he is tactically inept and had been for a few years we shouldn’t keep him based on a fear that no one else could do better. Villa game was horrific. I’ve never seen our defence, midfield and forward line look so far apart. Stop the rot

I’m losing a lot of respect for Ralph for sticking with Moi

I reckon Moi has photos of Ralph doing something with someone he shouldn’t.

Tactically set up wrong. Too much space for countihio to find his game. Moi and Diallo have been bullied. The forward line ( Che ) is starved. We have given a crap Villa a chance to find a way forward. Should of started with Aribo and Stu Armstrong. Poor

I think it’s safe to say …. Opinions are like arseholes. We all have them but probably best kept to ourselves.

I just don’t get it. They are taking away what a lot people enjoy doing. During tough times it is something to look forward too. Let people go and celebrate her amazing life in their own way. This feels draconian.

I was told at the Chelsea game that there is an infection of some sort of grass eating disease and it’s basically running rampant and there isn’t a lot they can do about it.

Apologies if already posted. But is there any news on the state of our disease ridden pitch being better in time for Brentford ?
