Has to be given a reasonable amount of time to implement changes. I hope this pre-planned bulk substitution thing on 60 minutes is a temporary fix for something (maybe until our new recruits are fit enough to run 90 mins in the Prem) but didn’t like it when NJ did it either. Smacks of desperation and not reading individual situations in the game well.

Voted No. Would prefer top flight experience but of course hope he does well if he does get the job. Don’t know enough about him yet. Came across well in that interview.
