We’re not very good at all this building from the back malarky and we haven’t been for a very long time.. probably since VVD left. I seem to recall we were better at it under Koeman. We’re no Man City though and we haven’t got the ability to do it every time the keeper has possession. When there’s time or the game suits it, fair enough. But if we don’t have alternatives, we’re going to get found out very quickly and give needless goals away under pressure that will cost us vital points.. just like last season. Thought there was improvement this game but there needed to be. We made their side look far better than they were. We should improve early in the season.. Fingers crossed.
